“Stumbled upon this gem of a supermarket by accident after road construction forced me to seek an alternate route to my destination. A pleasant surprise, I was delighted by their bakery, sushi bar, and wide selection of foods. Apparently many others love this place, it was crowded on a Thursday afternoon. That might be the only drawback.”

I would like to add: I am vision impaired, every time I asked for help; a store member immediately helped. I shopped better and with more confidence.
The meat department looked clean and fresh. The same for the bakery!”

“Gas prices are comparatively lower than the other places. If you have a BJs credit card, then you will get additional 10 cents off. Gave 4 stars because of the extremely slow gas pumps... One thing I like here is that single lane pumps (you can easily go out after you fill your tank)Given that this is a very busy gas station, they should invest some money to install proper pupms. No one wants to spend 15 to 20 mins to pump 18 gallons of gas.”

“Great return process for after holiday returns, very organized and not chaotic. The store layout us different than other locations I'm CT that I'm more familiar with but overall, pretty organized and clean. There were alt of associates on the floor removing holiday merchandise and they were helpful when asked a question.Check out area was well labeled for registers vs. self checkout. Overall pleasant experience.”

Right now with the COVID-19 crisis people are panicking and buying out everything in sight. Employees are diligently restocking shelves and accommodating customer requests.”

“I see this Walmart has some low reviews, but compared to the Walmart's in New Jersey...this is a great Walmart! I usually don't like to frequent Walmarts in my area because they are usually just trashed and it's like taking your life in your hands trying to park in the parking lots. I almost felt like I wasn't in a Walmart when walking around. Everything was well organized and in its place. We were there on a weekend and the lines weren't too crazy. We were able to walk right up to a self checkout line immediately.”

but
when it comes to delivery, despite selecting "I will sign for my order", they do not take a signature nor do they call to inform. That is a very unprofessional.”
“I want to give a big shout out to a few employees. Billy the cart guy is very friendly, talkative and has great customer service skills. Amy, Beverly, Lea and Kiki are all very friendly on the front end. Louis at the front door has told me a few times he would let Tiffany know about the pepsi machine being out of soda. The last time I was there it was still sold out and now it appears to be unplugged. I don't why an employee would tell a customer it would be fixed and still not fixed very poor customer service on his part. Also he has told me before I couldn't go outside with the motorized cart before but I have never seen him saybit to anyone else but me. I think upper management should recognize the following team members Billy, Amy, Beverly, Lea, Kiki, Angie, Zak, Maria and Oshi they are all really helpful and friendly team members. Also you know you will have clean bathrooms when Maria is working. She is also very friendly and talkative to the customers.”
