I am without service from December 17th and I am being told to wait until December 22nd for service. I explained the need for immediate attention due to the fact that my kids does school from home. I am told that they can't get anyone to my home any sooner. Please be aware Frontier do not care about its customers and their needs. I am also being told that I have to pay for the service guy coming out to my home to fix their issues. You been warned.

Worst Wi-Fi you could possibly get. Had them come out 3 TIMES to hear the same thing every single time they came out. If u plan on doing anything besides using ur Wi-Fi for tv and ur phone DONT GET THIS JUNK!

The entire experience was abysmal from install to trying to close the account. The install tech gave me attitude about putting the router in a different room and was basically complaining about doing his job. My service went out for 5 days and the only answer i received as to why was “it looks like an area outage and should be fixed in 24 hours”. Never was fixed, I immediately closed the account. Fast forward to 6 months later and they are still contacting me about paying an overdue bill after clearing it up on the phone 3 separate times. Worst service out there across all platforms. GARBAGEEEE.

Fiber internet is good when working. However when its not and its issues with Frontiers lines,modems,routers etc, be prepared to wait weeks for someone to come out.

When I had trouble connecting to the internet, I asked for a technician to visit and fix the problem. My appointment was for the afternoon. I went out to do errands during the morning, and shortly after that received a text saying sorry you missed your appointment with Frontier. I called Frontier immediately, and they said the technician was in the area and stopped by because it was convenient. Convenient? For the technician? Seriously? No phone call or text informing me of the change. Terrible customer service. I will change internet providers as soon as I can.

Worst customer service ever. Lies, lies, lies. No one is held responsible. Keep your money or just give it away. Does anyone know a real internet provider in Connecticut who actually cares?

Horrible experience with Frontier. The technician that came to install my system was very rude, sighed the whole time, and left a mess everywhere. My system stopped working a day and a half later, and they couldn’t fix it over the phone and would send someone out to fix until 4 days later. I uninstalled it myself and returned the system to the store. Worked great for that day and a half, but it’s not worth the aggravation of their poor customer service. Do not switch to this company for your communications or internet.

It took 3 weeks for them to send out a technician for my noisy line problem it was, needless to say, not noisy when he finally, after 2 missed appointments, arrived. It wasn't even one day later and the noise was back. They said that it was obviously not their problem! I lived with it for 2 more weeks and it finally went away again!So far so good. Fingers crossed.

Only getting two stars for the fiber internet, because it is amazing.. when it works. Then you get to deal with "customer service". The worst of any company I've ever dealt with. As soon as there is a cheaper option, I'm switching. I'll also never recommend them again.

Highly not recommended.Switched to Fiber optic in November 2021. It's been almost 6 months, They never buried the cable under ground. I called them 4 times and they sent technician 4 times to bury that. Technicians were just sitting outside in the truck and did nothing. My kids play in the yard and couple times they tipped over with that cable.
