Got a car here and left a good review in the beginning- can’t say the same now, unfortunately. Nothing but constant issues. Show me, and other potential customers, that you’re a business that can be trusted and will do right by the customers! Then my review will be changed to reflect that.
Update- needless to say, the “GM” wouldn’t do anything to make the situation right with the lemon of a car that I got from them. They refuse to take any responsibility. I could tell my story but this “car lot” isn’t worth my time to spell it out. They know what they did to me- and I’m sure it’s been done to others. It’s just their “MO,” especially if they think you’re someone who can’t do anything about it. Don’t be like me- don’t get taken advantage of. Go anywhere but here! And take heed- all these “five star” reviews are because they don’t hand you the keys to your vehicle until you leave a five star internet review for them! No dealership, even the reputable ones (and this lot is FAR from reputable), has all five star reviews. That, in and of itself, tells you all you need to know!

This places is very cool!! ??????I’m very satisfied with my experience at frank’s auto dealership, because the process was very smooth and swift, and they were very honest with the price. I’m very thankful to Bruce for answering all my questions and for being clear and concise with all the explanations and for making sure I understood everything and helping me get my car quickly. I’m very happy with my Nissan. This place definitely deserves give stars. ?

Awesome service !!! This is my second car with them and I don’t have any complaints. Bruce and Keith are so nice !!! Had a little hiccup with my insurance and they found ways to help. Now I’m driving my 2013 Hyundai Elantra !!

So unfortunately I fell behind a few car payments with Frank's, and last year they put new tires on the car so i also owed them a maintenance fee which went into my monthly payment. However I was told my car was going to be repossessed if I did not make the past due of amount which was $500. I also had a past due amount of $300 towards the maintenance fee. The first few times when I called and I had spoke to Mike, he flat out refused to take the $500 past due amount for the car, because I didn't have the full $300 towards the maintenance fee. I was then directed to speak to mark the manager, I had a girlfriend that was going to help me with the past due amount. Her and I were sitting right there together when I spoke to Mark and was asked two or three times by him if the $500 was going towards the past due car payment, and then starting next week I would start making payments on the repairs. The next day my girlfriend had looked at her account and noticed that the transactions were divided into two 180, and the other was 360. Mark went completely against his word and only put 180 towards the back car payment and the rest of it towards the maintenance fee. When I had called and talked to them about it Mark flat out said that he told me three times he was going to do 180 towards the car payment and the rest towards the maintenance fee! That was not the case at all, I had a witness right here with me and he completely went against his word being dishonest. What did you do Frank's does make it very easy to get a vehicle and they do work with you as much as they possibly can however I feel in this situation I was completely taken advantage of lied to to benefit themselves. If they put more money towards the maintenance fee for the tires and brakes, and less towards the car, then they make out in the long run because of the interest. They're also getting paid more for the tires and brakes that was put on my vehicle. With this being said, I am not going to stop here, I am going to dig into this a little deeper because it is not just my word in this situation. And again I feel as if they took advantage of me to the fullest.

Was a great experience from applying online and looking online and getting approved that same night. Spoke to Bruce the next day to set up a time to come speak in person and test drive. He offered showing me other styles too on top of what I was looking for. He was very personable and I left with keys in hand to a Chevy Sonic!!!!
