It's unfortunate bc Steve the owner is so kind and fair. I really appreciate him but his daughter at the front desk needs a lesson in manners and customer service. Something is very wrong with her. She seems angry that I am waiting to pay. She never acknowledgedes me, rather has me wait standing in silence for 10 mins. She began laughing at me when I asked for service. She is a whole other level of rude, w/ bad service she clearly has a ghetto attitude. She is clearly upset her father shows my beautiful brown self favor. It's juvenile and bad for business in the end she's only hurting her father's business by disrespecting a loyal customer. Who will now find a place that can service my needs AND respect me. This little girl is just that acting as the little girl she is, and not a mature professional. Other than her ugly acting self it's a cool black owned business. But her negative behavior brings the rating ALL the way down to a 1. She is a nasty female

This place went down hill after the old owner sold. They have triple down there price for the most basic work. I would never send a soul here again.

Don’t come here they are no good I went to get flex pipe fixed and when I pulled off my check engine light came on and then my transmission started shifting bad I went to my mechanic and he told me the flex pipe they sold me had a hairpin hole in it and my sensors was cut
