My family and I drove from out of state and purchased a car yesterday from Faris Auto Mall. Right from our initial correspondence, they were very down to Earth and personable. No sketchy sales gimmicks here! They all were genuine, kind people, just doing their jobs like the rest of us. It felt like salespersons Carolyn and Aniel could be our friends, and they did a fine job answering our questions. Their uplifting youthful smiles brightened a cold winter's day, like those optimistic daffodils that shake off the cold and herald the onset of Spring.
Finance wizard Jeff and wise Manager Mark ensured that we received superlative service and a great deal! I highly recommend this place. We had a stress-free experience, which hardly ever happens when buying a car! Thank You to everyone at Faris Auto Mall!

they sold the vehicle to us and never stated that it came from an auction they gave us one key but didn't let us know that it had a master my key witch limited it from us. first thing we couldn't go faster than 80 the seat belts and air bags and radio were also affected due to the fact they didn't give us the master key when we spoke with them they stated that they would not pay for the key that they gave us to be reprogrammed. witch cost over $130 to get done this in fact also effects our safety because the air bags are effected . If I knew about my key function I would have made sure the key was a master key or reset .there a shady company and I would not send my worst enemy to them there's even more but I'm tired of writing they will easily take advantage of you so be careful going to faris

Worst experience ever. Would never send anyone to purchase their cars from here. The manager and sales person I purchased the car from are no longer there. They told me my truck wasn’t in any accidents come to find out it was in 4. Ive had problem after problem with this truck. I brung it to them several times after I purchased it to get repaired, just to get ran around and a ton of excuses and under their warranty as well.
Went to have it appraised to trade in, it is not even worth the amount of money I owe for it or what the price was listed as. Now Im stuck with a loan and lemon. Would not recommend them at all. Completely dissatisfied.
Took it back to them to get it appraised as well, they told me if it was in better condition it would be worth more, I told them it’s in the same condition I purchased it in. When I purchased it from there. I understand the value of a car depreciating, the amount of money owed vs the trade in value is over a 12 thousand dollar lost. The guys were new (no fault to them at all)
