My wife and I worked with Eric Gregan at ERA Blanchard & Rossetto, Inc. to sell our home last August. We met with Eric earlier in the summer to discuss our target sell by date, and any repairs or updates that needed completed.
Eric worked with us along the way and made what could be a frustrating situation, an easy one. If we had trouble getting a contractor for a repair, Eric was able to help us find one. Everything was a breeze. When we listed our home, we had 30 showings in 3 1/2 days with multiple offers the following Monday. My wife and I could not have been happier. As a first time homebuyer there was a lot I didn’t know. Eric and his team were fantastic at explaining the process to me and answering all of my many questions. They were very friendly, patient, and always available to show me the dozens of properties I ended up looking at. Went above and beyond to ensure there were no hidden surprises at the property I ended up getting. I can’t say enough good things about ERA and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor!
