10/10 Customer Service; the owner here helped me to know more about a couple of crystals I was interested in learning more about. Cool shop with a variety of different things for sale; found an awesome cat mat I'm gifting to my sister here!

My partner and I go here as often as possible to stock up and admire the selection. They are always helpful and very patient (more than once I’ve run back in after realizing there was something I loved and forgot). If you’re looking for a quaint, charming (witch pun) place with a wide selection and good prices, this is the place!

The owner was very rude. I try to explain what I was looking for a Cauldron large enoug to put some stew in it or dips.. that was microwave safe n dishwasher safe. She would not lesson and keeped very loudly for other coustomes to Hear about me put my place on fire. When it was to be a hostess gift for a friend who wanted me to see what the witch reglon was. (Useing this as umbrella term.) What I am trying to find would be led n not a real Cauldron. I was so embarrassed. I left never coming back. This women made me feel unwelcome and gate keeping. I did find one Clay made and the paint was from nature. Not at her store I belive all the one stars. Not her excuses

RUDE ! POOR SERVICE! NEVER WILL STEP INSIDE!I live an hour from Manchester. I called in advance to make sure two items were at this store. I asked about one item and it wasnt there; while I was trying to ask about the next item, the "witch" became very rude and exclaimed "don't argue with me, I been doing this 40 years".I will never go, now, ever! I dont deserve the disrespect from any, "witch"...or maybe I should correct this review and switch the w for a b..if you catch my drift.

Love this place the minute you walk in you feel welcomed any questions you have are answered if she can answer them honest people here love it so much had to come again it's also calming here no bad vibes at all peaceful and a wonderful place to visit I would definitely recommend here for everyone to check it out for yourselves magical place to be

I've been to this shop a couple of times with my aunt. And Ms. Faith is always very welcoming and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Enchantments has a large selection of crystals & stones, oils, potions, herbs, soaps, books, inscence, beautiful jewelry, candles, etc. I'll definitely be a frequent shopper!

Enchantment isn't the same to me as it was almost 8 years ago when I took my nephew. The owner sat behind her desk with cellphone and didn't communicate with me or asked if I needed help as she did that many years ago. I know we have our bad days and if the owner was im sorry to hear and hope it gets better but next time put a sign on the door saying you will be back at such a time and take a break, meditation, what works for you and come back and be friendly and sociable with your customers.9/30/19Please note ten hours ago the owner left me a reply and is definitely not a friendly woman. All I have to say to her reply is lies, I was with my 21 month old son and she wasn't talking on the phone but playing on her phone and I was there longer than three minutes but true not to long because I can only go through such a small store so many times,with very little to offer and over priced items. I have been to a few of the shops that day with great service, remarkable products! Yes its been such a long time since my last visit.... not to be a tourist and to see what a " witch shop" looks like. I am born, raised and still living in CT, who has been a practicing eclectic wiccan since I was a little girl. As many know you don't need a shop to buy stuff especially over priced items to do your spells, meditate, and learn more. Everything we need could simply be in your own kitchen cupboards and most definitely outside in nature. I have no hate and I love myself and who I am and I have always heal others and always positive. My previous review wasn't meant to be negative but to be honest and critique in hopes that a further visit would've been a better experience. I wish the owner only good things to head her way, but will take my business elsewhere.I should post the page long reply from owner but I am a better person. I believe in Karma... If you want a good review , instead of a person giving some advice as a customer then please be respectful, helpful, and not to judge someone because they didn't buy something. Also definitely don't send a nasty reply. As a woman trying to get people to purchase items maybe reply back and see if things could have been talked over and this review could have gone to better than worse.

I absolutely love it here. Theres a great selection of crystals, and herbs I would usually have to go online to find. Plus the people are extremely nice so I highly recommend coming here if you're ever in the neighborhood.
