*I changed my mind from my initial review and took a shot as Jiffy Lube's mechanics recommended them. Lady at the front is kind of rude and nice at the same time. I get it, you gotta man-up trying to be one of the guys. However, it comes off really bad with customers. Be a strong woman, you don't have to try and act like a guy to be strong. Just my experience working as a bouncer with waitresses and female concierge. Acting like a woman is not weakness, it is actually a strength, especially at the greeter position. Use that aggression with your co-workers if that's what they expect, not customers.*note: they're actual mechanics/service man was high-level in both customer service and emissions testing efficiency. Full read out in the car, ready to go, excellent greeting/instructions, on-time and effective. Perfect.

The people that work here are useless. I called to have them replace my cabin filter. The guy that answered the phone said if he had to dismantle anything that he wouldn't do it. Then proceeded to tell me he was looking it up in a book but couldn't find my year & make & model of my vehicle. I've Been a long time customer of Economy..not anymore. I will now go to Vavoline where there knowledge supercedes economy...

A nice place for a woman with no car knowledge to go. They never try to upsell me or fix any thing without telling me first. Great prices and there's always a coupon available. Dan is super kind and very helpful. I will always come here for my oil changes!

I decided to switch oil change companies recently and chose Economy on Broad St. Manchester. On my first visit, I was greeted by Marshall and he was very personable. John also help me out and even offered suggestions to my car issue. Come to find out he was right and it did help. So I decided to go again. I was greeted by Marshall and Cathy and I really appreciate their customer service. I told John about how we helped me. I recommend visiting this location. You can tell how much they care about their customers. Thanks to the crew there.

I went with my 20 month old daughter to get my oil changed yesterday. As soon as we walked in the Lady at reception commented on how cute my daughter was and offered her a donut. When the staff doing the oil change called me over to confirm the right type of oil, they gave my daughter a flower. To go along with quick and professional service, they went above and beyond in the costumer service aspect. The way they treated my daughter and me has made me a loyal customer for life.
