I went to buy sneakers I heard one staff tell another one she needed to mark down the sneakers that were laying down I asked when she said she didn’t know no one was in the store but staff so I was confused as to why not do it now anyway I decided to go to snipes because I’m not going to but a sneaker your getting ready to mark bottom line staff sucks very unprofessional and ghetto

Awesome selection of new sneakers and apparel. My kids refuse to get their sneaker anywhere else. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and on point.

I went to this location out of convenience to avoid mall traffic, a big mistake. My intentions were to buy at least 7 pairs of shoes, school starts next week. I was greeted by the lady at the register, but to get any assistance was like I was asking for the shoes for free. There was absolutely NO sense of urgency to assist any customers. I just walked out before I decided to open my mouth. This is why stores are closing and online is striving. I'll just continue to shop online. Shopping online never makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to it's day

Worst customer service in my life. No greet when I walked in the door, waited in sneaker area trying to buy shoes for my son and nobody asked if I needed help..I was the only one in the store with 3 employees..had to yell for help after 5mins.

Nice clothes, ok prices but the return policy is horrible. Gimmick to keep your money. Best bet is to pay with credit card and up your size when shopping here sizes run small. Asking multiple times if their sizes run small and getting the response “everything is true to size” three purchases later and 3 sizes bigger. I think that was the end of my experience here…..NEXT!!!!!
