I would give this place negative stars if I could. I have never encountered a business as horribly run in my life, let alone a pharmacy. It's been 2 weeks trying to get my non-scheduled, normal prescription with them, and all I get are 30 minutes of hold time, rudeness, and runarounds. Last time I was in, a woman in front of me had a similar experience, but with her heart medication, which is literally life or death. The one great pharmacist I interacted with was a floater, so she's not even at that location.They filled a part of my script instead of getting a prior auth, which I wasn't aware of, messing everything up for this current refill, and instead of working to correct it, I have to do everything. I called a different CVS and they're handling it like a proper pharmacy is supposed to. I'm honestly baffled and dumbfounded at the level of incompetence this establishment displays, and it's in an industry where life and death is on the line. The State really needs to audit this place.

If it weren't for the fact that my insurance now requires that we use CVS, we wouldn't! After more than 3 hrs since the prescription was submitted, I called, and after 10.min of taking to a computer, I finally got a real person, but she sounded annoyed that I was calling. She then said she would expedite my sons prescription, but it would still be another hour! How is waiting over 4 hrs for a prescription for my sick child acceptable!?!?!?

Pharmacy is horrible. Someone needs to contact corporate to inspect what they are doing there. Prescriptions are all over the place on the floor on the counters it is a mess. They all have attitudes and when the look for a prescription they just check two bags and say its not there. Walgreens is way better. If you hate your job quit.

Pharmacy is horribly understaffed, phones are NEVER answered. If you can't use their stupid app for something you just don't get any service. Pharmacy lines are often down the isle as well. HIRE BETTER!!!

Nice store, the employees seem like the either like their job or they r just having a good day, ive been to this cvs 6xs in the past month,every visit has been plesant,no waiting,associates answer my questions and smile. Until today...the store seemed a little cluttered,things out of place n kinda just tossed there on the shelfs, in several isles.over all its always been a pleasant store to visit.

CVS Pharmacy is unprofessional and RUDE! They have people answering the phones unprofessionally and speaking to customers like trash. What’s being accepted for customer service these days is laughable. I was laughed at and hung up on by one pharmacist who REFUSED to put a manager on the phone when I asked her to and then decided to laugh at me before hanging up on me. I was already upset so she continued to engage with me arguing back n forth instead of deescalating the situation. When I called back after her hanging up on me. I asked for a supervisor and she again refused to put them on the phone and she continued instigating me. I’m disgusted and definitely changing my pharmacy because of their ignorant staff! Do better CVS - Middle Tpke location has gone to nothing…customer service has been terrible for years - but to have your employees laugh and instigate already upset customers. I’m going to find out the woman’s name through my own research and I’m going above to corporate to report this.

One star because I can’t give zero. We used this pharmacy by default because North Main Street closed. The pharmacy staff, specifically the pharmacist is extremely condescending. He has a question about how the medication was ordered which I didn’t know so he called the on call at my pediatrician office. which I appreciated. However he then threw the medication into the bin and made a comment that made me question if I was in fact getting the correct dosage. When I said I was going to call the on call myself he told me I just spoke to them and they’re not going to fix it for me because they left for the day (not accurate). Who does he think he is? Don’t go here for medication. They literally have zero customer service skills and I seriously wonder what the error rate is. There’s plenty of other pharmacies, you shouldn’t feel frustrated and defeated after leaving a pharmacy!
