I recently stopped by the Cumberland gas station late at night and was pleased to find that they were still open, making it a convenient spot for late-night travelers. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great experience. The restroom was clean, but unfortunately, the toilet seats had noticeable stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. Despite this, I would still give the gas station 3/5 stars, and would have given 5/5 stars if not for the stains. Overall, a good spot for a late-night pit stop, just attention needed to detail on the cleanliness!

Christina makes my late night snack visits worth my time, she is very kind and goes above and beyond with a smile to make sure customers are satisfied with their visit. I want CF to know what an asset they have with her providing such excellent customer service and keeping such positive energy! Her customer service abilities should not go unnoticed as that is a quality that isn’t easy to find in todays society, give credit where credit is deserved I can honestly say she’s earned that time and time again with each and every one of my interactions with her!!!!

9/16/23 8:55 am Kam while working in the food section, heard someone saying that had to go to work. He made a comment in a bad way. NOT GOOD TO ADDRESS TO CLIENTS THAT WAY. Need customer service training. Kam was rude the way he talked about the customer that left was not nice. Kam said that we can go to another gas station.

One of the best currently left, it should. Consider putting one in East Hartfod on Silver Lane as there are many new businesses there and there is the stadium and it is a highly commercial area

Ryan the Manager is always so nice to the customers. Am a bit upset that there is not better selection of dairy free creamer for my lactose intolerant.

Ryan (The Manager) Was very polite and nice to me when I went in, he cooked my sandwich to perfection, and even asked me if I wanted certain things on it. And was well mannered the entire experience. Definitely coming back here again!

I used to really enjoy going to this Cumberland farms in Manchester. I would say over the last 4 to 6 months the hot chocolate machine is always out of order. There is never enough variety of coffee creamers for coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are rarely ever made and when you ask a clerk for a specific item the response is always. It didn't come on the truck. The employees are very friendly, however the store cannot survive on just friendly service. If there are no products to sell or machines are out of order, the business can't be run properly
