This is probably the most well stocked Cosmo I’ve been too lately! Seems like majority of CosmoPro’s are always out of things. Kim and Gina are always super friendly and helpful.

The worst customer service I've experienced. There were multiple people working and only one person knew about hair? I asked her opinion because I just wanted to get a second opinion and she was beyond rude and not helpful at all. Absolutely can't beleive she's the manager. As somebody who works in the industry I know for a fact that the company doesn't expect their customers to be treated in such a way. I ended up leaving with nothing because I didn't even want to be there anymore. I've heard this from multiple people now but never experienced it for myself until today. Sorry you don't like your job sweetheart, there's plenty of other opportunities out there. I would recommend the rocky hill location. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Nobody should be driving customers out of the store ESPECIALLY managers. This is the first bad review I've ever given, so congratulations!
