My (now) fiance and I went to Christie's to discuss incorporating some existing diamonds from both of our families (to make an heirloom ring of sorts). Kyla was a tremendous help with discussing our options, getting everything set up, and making certain that we were in love with the design of the ring. We couldn't be happier!

They were able to replace a lost diamond in my wedding band, reinforce the prongs and resize both my wedding band & engagement ring for a very reasonable price. Another local jeweler was going to charge more than double Christie's price and do unnecessary work. I'll never go anywhere else again. Thanks!!

There was a loss, 2 very sentimental pieces of jewelry were left to me. Jim Malanga, owner of Christie’s Fine Jewelry, brother of a friend, suggested I come down and meet his designer, Kyla. A few email designs later, 2 3D models arrived in the mail, as I live in Boston, and a design was chosen. Kyla sent photos of every step from stone removal to stone placement. It was such an amazing process to actually be a part of. I refer to the ring as Boston’s Crown Jewel.The craftsmanship is unmatched and the customer service goes well above and beyond. To say I’m thrilled is an understatement.

I stopped into Christie’s Fine Jewelry with a friend with only the intention of helping her with her purchase. I started looking around & saw this gorgeous ring that I just had to have. All my questions about it were answered so patiently & knowledgeably that I decided to buy it. I would highly recommend Christie’s as the place to do your jewelry shopping.

Overall, I wanted to give this place a chance but after my last visit, I will not be returning. I had a necklace clasp break so I took it to them for a repair since they had cleaned it for me before. Everything went well until pickup.Upon pickup, the old clasp was gone, which assumed it would be, and so I asked what the trade value was. At this point, a direct answer could not be given besides, “it was factored into the final price.”This right here signals to me several things.1. The clasp more than likely was traded in for pennies upon the value of the gold. Classic.2. The cost of the repair was also not disclosed. It was just put as a total price.3. It’s 2023, an itemized receipt should be readily available and not just an “overall price”.Overall, not thrilled with the dishonesty, but we all do business in our own ways to make a dollar. Thank you for the repair, but will not be back. I’d hate to see how a customer spending more money on the store is treated…

5 stars Christie's is a wonderful jewelry store in Manchester, CT. The owners are welcoming and attentive and offer beautiful jewelry, watches and estate jewelry. I contacted the store to find out if I could sell my grandmothers estate items and we set a date to look over the items. I was able to sell the antique silverware, bowls, platters and items too numerous to mention at a very fair price. I had jewelry repaired at the store which came out amazing and also had jewelry appraised. It was a pleasure doing business with Christie's and highly recommend! I will definitely use them for all my needs in the future!
