David Shepard and his team are truly the best. I just finished purchasing my first home and it was through his efforts that it became a reality. Prior to him, I was looking for a company that would be supportive through the process but it didn't happen then. I even gave up looking for homes. When I was connected with David, the experience was completely different. He worked really hard through the process, guided me through everything, and gave me hope. I truly recommend him as he went above and beyond. Thank you David!

Mr Shapard willingness to make sure everything was on point so that way I can close on my house is beyond words he really did everything in his power to make it possible. Hello all!! I’m here to inform anybody who would like to or is working with Cheney that you are in GREAT HANDS!!! This company or shall I say Taylor and Kecha work hand-in-hand with my realtor Andrea and they close my house in EIGHT DAYS!!!! Yes, EIGHT RECORD BREAKING DAYS‼️I’m so excited now because Im finally in my home! While working with “Allied Mortgage”, I went through hell waiting for a mortgage from August 2020 to January 2021 having two almost THREE CLOSINGS past by. I worked with Cheney Mortgage recently to purchase my first home. Kesha and I quickly became best friends and worked together closely throughout the entire process. She was patient and kind with my constant questions and confusion and always made sure I had an understanding of what was needed and where we stood in the process. When we got those magical words "clear to close", I'm not sure who was more excited, she or I. Cheney Mortgage is an incredible company to work with and I'm so grateful for their assistance in helping my daughter and I get into the home we are literally in love with. Cheney Morgtgage was one of the most responsive companies I’ve ever worked with. If there was ever a question, day or night, they were there to answer us. I especially want to single out Taylor; though she may have only a few months with Cheney, she was extremely dedicated to her job and went above and beyond to help us finance the home of our dreams! I can’t possibly put into words the level of commitment & dedication David & his team showed my family, but I’m going to try. David Shapard is truly amazing. He is thoughtful, consistent, personable, knowledgeable & efficient. As first time homebuyers he showed us compassion & stuck with us through every hurdle. Honestly every single time I called him, he answered the first ring. He answered & acknowledged me by name. This really meant a lot to me. He was ready for anything we had questions about. He provided information in layman’s terms that we could easily understand. He made us feel very secure & not handled. He was always available & pleasant. We also had the pleasure of our application being processed by Kecha Gardner. Kecha was fast & efficient. She never hesitated to complete tasks & follow up immediately. The entire process was smooth & almost effortless. Not to mention the great rate David got us. Cheney Mortgage is a company I will refer & most definitely work with again. Working with Dave and his team was nothing short of amazing. I expected the process of purchasing a home to be difficult and riddled with anxiety. However, this experience was easy due to the hard work of the Cheney Mortgage team. Dave was attentive, knowledgeable and worthy of trust. In this type of transaction you put your faith, sometimes blindly into people, to have your best interest in mind. Dave was worthy of that faith and trust and he did not disappoint. My first time buying a home was truly the easiest experience that I have ever had. David takes his time to understand what your goals are and what is most important to you! My closing was set to be on April 16. We closed on our contingency date April 9 and that was only because the seller was not ready to close! We would of closed earlier if it wasn't for that. He truly is the definition of "Mortgage Lending Made Easy".
