Lost a customer today …they wouldn’t let me exchange a pair of jeans for different size that I got my daughter for Xmas because we scratched the price tag off…we had receipt. Won’t be back

The store we just left still has there fitting rooms closed. So we purchased several pairs of jeans for my daughter to try on. When we returned to the store in under an hour to return the ones that didn’t fit, we were told they aren’t taking returns either. Talk about taking advantage of your customer.
