Just like to say if I could give you a 10 star I would. Love the store and your staff . Every time we go we have a great experience. We find what we are looking for and thanks to the coupons you send me I can save some money. My boys are in the tall and plus sizes and we go to the Manchester store to buy all their clothes. Jackie the saleswoman was great helping me with Everything we was looking for . Both of my kids autism so she was very understanding. She great plus to the store. Thanks Jackie for all the help. We spent $543.19 it is worth every penny. Keep sending me those coupons. I also ordered online some shirts that we wanted. They should be here soon. Thank you DXL Manchester Ct. We will be back soon .

The store personnel were very helpful, courteous and professional. However, the pants I exchanged were supposed to be size 46/30 and they measured 33 inches in length! We had a funeral so my husband had to wear them - I had to duct tape the hem so they wouldn’t drag on the ground. Ridiculous the inseam sizing was so wrong. Now I’ll have to take them to a seamstress and pay another $25 to have the $88 pants hemmed correctly. Very disappointed.

Noticed a negative trend in costumer service here. I know employees have people skills the only thing I can hear when im in the store are the personal conversations of employees. Don't mind it at all just direct a portion of that energy to the people in the store."Hey can I help you find anything?"Would be something nice to here.While I'm standing at the register in purgatory. Waiting. It wouldn't bother me at all if I herd "I'll be right with you"Instead I herd:"Are you taking him?""No you take him"I probably stood there for 5 min while they clearly acknowledged I was there.This isn't one poor employee this is all of them every time I visit the store which leads me to believe they're leadership is failing them.I'm not looking for valet parking I'm looking for basic sales floor skills. Everyone that has shopped here knows they are paying a premium it is the least you could offer.
