My husband and I were moving to the CT area due to my job and I found John's information on Google. From Day 1 he was very responsive and provided a lot of information. John has great connections in the area and his recommendations really saved me some money in the long run, specifically my attorney fees and insurance needed. This was our first time buying a home and as someone who understands/learns visually, it was overwhelming sometimes comprehending the information that John was sharing due to the speed of his pace and explaining things over the phone. Other than that, I had a great experience with John and should my husband and I look to move again in the area I absolutely will be going back to Burke Mortgage!

John helped me with a unique situation in a very timely and professional manner. I wanted to refinance a loan in order to get a co-signer off my previous loan. Not only did he help me do this efficiently, but was able to strategize on how to minimize costs and still come out beneficial to me (even though it’s only been 1 year since starting the initial mortgage that I wanted to refinance). He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Would recommend him!
