I recently received two bouquets from Brown's, and they were both absolutely beautiful and unique unto themselves. The delivery person even called first to make sure someone was home as he did not want to leave them in the cold. Fantastic flowers and customer care.

We are from South Carolina and had a relative pass in Connecticut. We reached out to Browns florists for a sympathy bouquet and a live plant. We were amazed with the speed of delivery and the concern that went into making sure our flowers arrived to my Aunt. Thank you from us..Pete and lisa

I ordered flowers through Browns and it was given to Send flowers.com. These were for our wedding anniversary and ordered three days prior. Total disappointment when I received a phone call that the delivery wasn't going to happen. My wife was seriously disappointed and myself angered and I knew better to order on line. I can't help to think that when someone passed away flowers are delivered almost immediately. If it can happen for that the. What was the difference here. I will never use Browns or sendflowers.com again. To be clear I went through Browns website. Disappointment all around. Thanks for taking away the surprise of flowers on my wedding anniversary!!!

So friendly and kind! The bouquet of Gerber daisies was perfectly done with water tubes on each flower to preserve them.

Excellent customer service. Spoke with Karen who helped me with a difficult flower order for a close college who lost their grandmother. She was patient, kind and thoughtful with all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place.
