  I visited the store on 10/6/24 to shop for a pair of work boots. The stores website showed a large selection of American made boots that met the criteria of my employer. The store is big and clean; there are plenty of boots to choose from. Unfortunately the boots are not really organized and not in boxes. They had good brand names but only one brand that I found was made in America. Only one pair of work boots in at least one hundred choices met the criteria of my employer. I was looking for a 6-8 inch upper, lace-up, safety toe, EH rated, puncture resistant, with a defined heel boot. I know that's a lot but the website had given me several choices using their filter. I tried the one pair on that I found and they were uncomfortable. I don't remember the brand name but the employee who helped me said they were made by Boot Barn. The boot had an American Flag on the upper but they were made in China. I drove 40 minutes to be disappointed. I'm not a cowboy boot fan but I did see many people shopping for cowboy boots. Maybe that's their mainstay.?

  Much better selection and set up then the boot barn in san diego CA. Very friendly workers that wasted zero time to greet me and show me around to the selection. **MILITARY FRIENDLY**

  My family and I had a really bad experience with one of their employees. We loved the store and the amazing products they offer but unfortunately, one of the ladies who supposed to help you with some information gave us an attitude and looked at us from head to toe, she was very rude since we entered to the store. It was the first time for my daughter to get her boots and the experience with this lady was just horrible!!!

  Brought the 7 hats i ordered for the wedding to the store. Anh the store manager is phenomenal with customer service. He hooked me up with hat shaping and hat boxes for each one so they wouldn't get ruined in the car ride. He was extremely professional and courteous. I can't say enough about this experience.

  Been to this Boot Barn several times now, they never disappoint. Even if I can’t find what I wanted they try their best to either give a substitute or help you order it online. They are very knowledgeable and explain things to me so I know I’m getting the best quality. This staff makes the experience so amazing and they will forever be my favorite place to go yes for the product but the staff makes it not just a shopping trip but an experience. Cannot speak more highly of them!

  Store manager there Anh seriously knows the ins and outs about boots very nice guy and even gave us a percentage off of our order for a minor inconvenience we had. Boot knowledge is hard to find these days this guy knows what hes talking about. Great store, great selection and great customer service!!

  Prices are pretty high. Selection is ok for Western Boots but if you need a work boot Mickey Finn's has a better selection by a pretty large margin.

  Everyone at this store is so nice! Rose was especially helpful. She assisted me in finding great boots, jeans, and two adorable cowboy hats. They have a fantastic selection and provide great support from a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable people.

  Clearly don’t want to answer questions that aren’t basic. Just made up answers hoping I would go away. I asked for a certain brand that the website said was available for same day pick up. Stated that they would be delivered by UPS from another store within the same day. I looked up the boots at 6 PM. They aren’t coming from New Hampshire via UPS the same day. First they tried telling me it takes a few days for boots to get delivered, but after I mentioned the website said ready for same day pick up they changed their story.Most of the boot inventory was cheaply made boots that will wear out quickly. Most can’t be resoled by a cobbler because they’re cemented construction. You’re better off spending a little more elsewhere for something that is stitch down constructed or Goodyear welted so you can resole your boots multiple times. Their Thorogood moc toes are decent and good year welted, but the web is PVC and not leather. They do sell Goodyear welted Whites online and they are fantastic, but you don’t need to go to a store because they don’t carry them. Probably better off buying directly from whites because their customer service is better.
