Talk me in to buy Two new phones for 5G still didn't work at my house Then Went to t-mobile To get phones Working . I bought the phones out right In Boost Mobile would not unlock them . It's not their property it was my property I paid for Them outright. Now I have 2 phones that I never used And are useless after being a customer for 10 years .Worst customer service ever

Went there a year ago and purchased a phone. The customer service was excellent until i took the phone back because it was acting up. This time she wouldn't even touch the phone she only stated that boost doesn't carry that lg brand anymore and they don't support the software. I even called their customer service line and was pretty much dismissed. It's really sad and disappointing as im a nurse and having to travel for work. Its difficult to even use the GPS. Guys skip this company try somewhere else

I had trouble with my very old phone and went here to see if it could be saved. A technician named Naf worked very hard trying to find the problem. After doing everything he could he determined that it was just too old....which I had been told by someone else. He helped me choose a new phone at a very reasonable price and set it up for me so that I walked out with a phone all set to go. I so appreciated the time and effort Naf gave my issues and all the questions he patiently answered.

Boost Mobil at 832 Main Street Manchester has the best customer service experience. Nancy cares about her customers and gives the best advice based on our income level. Always cheerful and respectful. I highly recommend this store for quality products and excellent customer service.

Boost Mobile at 832 Main Street, Manchester has the BEST customer service. Nancy is very professional, and respects her customer's price points. Never trying to oversell. This location has consistently provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any cell phone retailer.

I went to the store to upgrade my phone to the Moto G Pure, which was free. I arrived at the store and the employee was late. I then waited to give him time to get situated. Once I told him why I was there, as per the normal bait and switch, there were no more free phones. He tried to get me to purchase a phone for $129.00, and advised that they could not discount the phones to the price on their website. This was the first time I ever went to an establishment and they would not honor the online price. The selection of phones was sparse. He referred me to the online. According to the email I received, you were referred to the store. The customer service was awful and I will never again waste my time going to this store.

I was messaged by boost mobile that I needed a new Sim card if I wanted to continue to receive phone service. I went to this boost mobile store and was told I need to pay $25 for a new Sim card. All the messages I have received from boost mobile said that I could get the Sim card for free and even receive a $15 credit. The person working was unhelpful, said she was the store manager and said that I would have to order online even though the website specifically says this location can provide a free SIM card. Felt like a bait and switch as this wasn't even something I wanted.

Just came in to look at phones and they say they closed at 7pm. However.... its only 330PM AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED CLOSED!!!!!! I noticed I'm not the only one this has happened to.WHAT GIVES? THIS IS RIDICULOUS..FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Just went there for an upgrade. Website says open until 7 pm today. Arrived at 3. Doors locked and closed. No one amswered the phone either when calling.

I purchased the new SIM card for the advanced network and they refused to set it up in my phone. They said they did not know how to do it and they claimed they were unsuccessful with other customers with the upgrade. It is important to understand the products you sell and they sell only boost mobile phones. It is their responsibility to find the solution. I called boost mobile and they sold me the wrong card so they gave me the older SIM cards which is a ⅓ of the price I spent and I noticed when I went home that it is the same card i have on my phone. I've been with Boost Mobile for 10 yrs and I had problems with the previous owner. Best Buy who sells phones from all companies gives better service and understands all the products they sell.
