Very unreliable store to shop.. Everything about this store has gone downhill. Every time I shop here it’s either they don’t have bath tissues, breakfast sandwiches, or ice cream. Also the customer service is very poor, no one answers the phone in most of the departments it’s ridiculous! Canceling my membership as soon as Costco opens on Nov 16.

Super outdated. Some of the products are okay but the parking lot and computer system are horrible. This place is going to lose a ton of business when costco opens up. 5 "workers" were standing around the self checkout line while a woman waited for over 10 minutes with the help light flashing before a worker finally went to help. The employees are pretty much useless and the self check out system is old and slow. Save a trip and to go to costco when they open.

Getting gas at this location is a nightmare. Their has pumps have been malfunctioning for more than one week now and no matter the time I go get gas there is always a long 20/30 minute wait. I was told 10 days ago or so that they will be repaired quickly but now i gave up. It would be a good sign of respect towards their customers and members to be informed about their progress if there is any. I think those three stars are to become two very soon.

Not enough deli staff. Been waiting over half an hour, called customer service and told them that there was at least a dozen people waiting and only two team members working (they were busting hump) and they needed to get someone else to help. The rep said that he would inform a manager and guess what nothing happened. It’s always like this.

Bj's is the worst out of the three warehouse clubs. They are all understaffed and run cheaply. The only reason people go to Bj's is because there isn't a Costco or a Same Club nearby.

I shop almost every week in the Manchester CT store. I prefer to use the self check because it is faster. They have taken. Out the handheld scanners. Defeats the purpose. I like to leave my purchases in the basket while I scan and then take the groceries out to the car. Bad move! Since you removed the handheld scanner customers have gone back to the cashier causing a long backup.

I do not recommend this store, I’ve had terrible customer service.The last couple of times I’ve tried to use their online ordering with curbside pickup, I had a terrible experience! The first time the order was filled 12 hours late (next day!). When I talked to the manager (which I had to do after customer service hung up on me twice after being put on hold), he said they had people call out and were behind. (Which I understand but then TELL people don’t just hope they stop calling back!). Then when order filled the next morning (took THAT long to fill order), I clicked on the check in at curbside and waited, and waited, and waited. When I finally called the store from parking lot they made it seem like it was my fault.So, figuring they had a bad day and wouldnt happen again, a few weeks later I try online order with pickup again. When I got to store and clicked on check in, after 30 min I finally went in store. They were standing at the counter, and didn’t seem to care that there were multiple cars outside waiting. I took my order and left.There are rumors Costco is coming to town. I’m not going to renew my membership with BJs and look elsewhere. Fool my once shame on U, fool my twice shame on me. Learned my lesson, customer service is terrible and not learning from their mistakes. I’m done and telling all my friends and neighbors to do same!

Never ever order curbside delivery.. not even once I had a good experience.. Every single time I had to get out and figure out as to where or what is wrong with my order.. the purpose of curbside delivery gets defeated.. what a waste of time

Busy big box store. Would help my experience if I could get the app to work. Excellent selection of product. Just be ready for volume size purchases. Meaning, cereal boxes are huge. Staff polite and facilities clean appearing.
