At 11 o’clock today my husband and I went into the AT&T branch on 172 Deming street Manchester, Ct. The prior week I purchased a new IPhone. I Had an issue pairing it with my Apple Watch. There were five AT&T associates in this branch today, I asked for assistance and was greeted with silence, then one woman spoke up and mentioned she has a client/ Call? In three minutes and asked me to come back. I asked if the other four associates could help. Still silence…. This branch for sure needs a refresher on customer service!! I walked out went to the Buckland mall branch and a wonderful young lady by the name of “Destiny” was super helpful. She apologized for the awful treatment I experienced. And she took Five minutes to address my issue. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid the Deming street branch in Manchester. Five associates and that’s how they handle a walk in.

I recently join a family plan and I done a trade in here in this store. First I want to point to the trap design by them that by any change in family plan they cancel the trade in promotion and cancel your deal and take your money.But most import part although this rule is totally problematic and basically is trap for customers, the representative I had in this store never notify us or educate us about this rule. Having staff who not know the rules and who won’t educate customers about their right and put them in the risk of this dangers.I am so frustrated and sad. Being in this store and having ATT for the first time was the worst experience I have ever had I recommend other users to be more cautious and don’t fall to this trap designed.The representative just want to make you buy and they don’t tell you what is they condition that’s my experience of this store

Great store if you want to watch a young salesman treat your fiancé like an idiot because she’s been on a pre paid plan for years and wants to keep her number. On the final attempt to get my fiancé a new phone and actual plan(at this store) we were lied to and told there was no way to keep her number(AT&T associate we spoke on the phone with said it is possible, that salesman wouldn’t have received big commission so he didn’t want to do it) Also tried adding on a $6 charge and changing the quoted on paper plan in front of him

Stopped in 12/3 to upgrade my phone. Colin’s great help was refreshing. He treated me as if my phone and my bill were his own. Highly recommend him and the store.

The service in this store is horrendous. The store associates are extremely rude and disrespectful. Experience with Mel was horrible. He was a very disrespectful person that did not want to help anyone unless it was a sale; I am assuming because they get commission. Worst of all is the Store Manager Melissa Rapp. Melissa seems to accept this behavior from her associates. After bringing the treatment to her attention, there was never an apology and she seemed to be more interested in justifying Mel’s behavior and service then listening to my concerns. She was extremely dismissive and you just know the reason Mel and probably other associates provide this horrible service is because she allows it and leads in the same way. This is a store that does not care about service or helping the customer. Very disappointing service and representation. All management should be ashamed and embarrassed to be associated with this store.

We had such a great experience here--upgraded three phones on a family plan, and worked with Mel. He was terrific. Patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, worked with us to streamline our plan, and we walked away happy. Highly recommend.

I would like to give a big thank you to Elisha Dreisch that works at at&t on Deming Rd in Manchester for working with me for 2 and 1/2 hrs with At&t customer service and still taking care of customers. She got my problem solved after fighting with the warranty department for 3 months. I recommend her if anyone is looking to switch over to at&t or just looking to upgrade

After being 10 years with AT&T, I’ve never seen a single AT&T store that could be more rude, impatient, and careless than this one. They don’t give a damn about your problem and it seems that they all prefer to sit there and play with their phones all day and you INTERRUPTED them and should apologize for that. I’ve been there three times in the past three months, each time with a new employee and the experience was all the same. Just compare their service and respect to their other branches in buckland and elsewhere. Unbelievable.
