Terrible, terrible, terrible experiences lately with the Institution in general. Unhelpful. Not on the same page. My latest experience: I called cause I was stranded in a town with no branch near by, was told my account was restricted due to a negative balance. I tried paying the balance - unable to. Then was told that if I somehow make it to a branch with with an ATM/Teller, I would most definitely be able to access my account through the teller. When I finally made it, the teller was unable to help me and that I am supposed to go inside and speak to a teller in person during open hours. Mind you, I left my job early to this. Totally defeats the purpose of online banking. With plenty of funds available, still have to jump through hoops to fix a problem. Terrible!!

This bank has then my bank For the past 10 years. I go to the one in Manchester everyone there is so nice very professional and they actually listen to you. Never had a problem and if I was Immediately taken care of I would never go to another bank

I went in today to get a new debit card after getting my old one replaced and was given a brand new card. I asked the lady who gave me the card if it was ready to use and was told that it was. Not a half hour later I used it and it wasn’t working so I waited the rest of the day and it still has yet to work. I called the branch to talk resolve this issue and was told that not only was the card not activated it wasn’t in their system. Also the card was scratched on the black strip on the back of the card.

Worst bank. If you need help, you might as well give up. You'll wait on the phone for 50 minutes only to have the call dropped, transferred, or connected with someone incompetent. I cannot stress enough how bad they are. Their online platforms are clunky and useless just like their "customer service."

Stacey Martin was very rude, extremely unprofessional. if it hadn’t been for my husband i would have showed her which way is up this was my second time going into this bank, and the first time was no better. This person needs to take care of her personal life at home and leave her nasty attitude outside of work. I can only hope to see the day her ladder gets pulled out from under her.

I am a long time member primarily because they were located at my former workplace. However, this branch has decided to put in the worst ATM that I've ever encountered. When trying to get a withdrawal, the ATM tries to give you $50's and $100's first as opposed to $20's. Then after every transaction, the ATM kicks you out and you have to log back in. So to get, let's say near $100 in $20's, you have to log in three times, and withdraw $40, $40, and $20. At first I thought it was because of the newer machine, however, this past weekend when their machine was down for withdrawals (and so was Vernon), so I went over to Dime bank and paid the fee to use their ATM. Guess what. Same machine, but their machine works like every other normal ATM. I complained to AEFCU but was told that the ATM does what it does so that they can have live teller support (only during normal banking hours) and potentially allow withdrawals of up to $3000. Why in the world would you mess with everyone else's lives for a feature that if people wanted they can go inside, or go through the driver through teller stations?

Ruined Christmas:I needed a check deposited, put it in over night deposit box, waited all day checked atm at 10 am 12 pm, 1:30pm then 11 at night, still nothing, and closed till Monday. I’m taking my business else where, second time this has happened and ruined Christmas for a whole family. Thanks alot…

I was taking out money from your bank. I didn't go inside to do as I didn't want to carry the money back to car. So I went thru the drive and waited longer to be sure I was at the teller close to the window. The guy at the window repeats over the speaker how much I wanted...so much for privacy. Then when I asked him to count the money there so I could watch from the window he said the machine counts it. Well machines can make mistakes also..the person keying in the amount can make mistskes. But he refused to count it so I could see. So I had to sit in my car and count the money. Have been going to your bank for close to 40 years. So NOT professional. If I wanted everyone to know how much I was taking out of the bank I would have put a banner on my car.

Bottom tier customer service. Atm is always broken. And staff are incredibly rude. This is a poorly managed establishment and deserves to be shut down or completely restaffed. This looks really bad on the brand. Horrendous…

Workers here are disgustingly rude. Demetrius belittles customers, has an attitude & made a whole scene hopped out of his cubicle threatening to break a customers neck & yelling that he was going to “F him up” while the rest of the lady’s that work there were trying to hold him back. Cooperate will contacted & Demetrius & Nancy’s name will be brought up. Extremely unprofessional.

I absolutely love this bank!! I've been with them for more than 10 years and love it. All of the staff is super friendly, they make an effort to remember their customers names so you get that hometown experience that you cant find in many places nowadays. I wouldn't switch banks for anything. I love every experience I have with each and every one of the tellers, customer service reps, even the managment. I always walk out with a smile
