Bought a Nickelodeon sweater there yesterday. It has Hey Arnold on the front and SpongeBob on the back. I was impressed with the price being $19.99 and how warm it is. I will definitely return to this store.

Buckland Hills Location (Manchester) has the best customer service! As assistant manager we push our employees to always put the customers first. Mostly all our customers leave happy and satisfied.

Absolutely ridiculous. Gifted a 110$ shirt one size too small yet unable to return. Dressing rooms not open due to covid. Given a DM number that isn't valid. Laughed when told no they couldn't return. I understand when they don't make the rules however don't lie. Love this store but will not return due to behavior of the manager. Enjoy your shopping. Just be sure you don't need to return. And don't ask for the manager she will just dismiss you.

So, I bought something yesterday and accidentally lost my receipt. I don't usually loose my receipts but I've worked at a few stores that will let you exchange or give you store credit forgot the merchandise. This store told me that I couldn't return nor exchange my purchase with my receipt. This is my first and last time I shop at this store

I bought to pants for my son they was to big on him they had the tags I just wanted a different size and just because I didn’t had the receipt on me they didn’t want to change my son pants so people don’t lose ur receipt because even though they have the tag u will lose ur money
