I had a move completed where lots of my furniture was damaged including a very expensive item. The company agreed to reimburse me a maximum of $40 per item total $120. I called to discuss this with the owner Mark, who not only refused to discuss it but started screaming at me and called me a psychopath. I'm not even sure why the call escalated as I was only trying to have a conversation and come to an agreement regarding damage and charges.

Oh my.... where do I even start. If I could rate this place below one star, trust me I would! I am speaking on behalf of the owner of the company who also is a mover SCOTT WALKER! Beware beware beware!!! Whatever you do don't listen to these "five star reviews" that claim this is a great company, they are probably fake. If you use this place you are out of your mind! Scott walker is incredibly creepy and demanding. He gives you a quote, then DOUBLES it when you are writing the check!!! If you such as question why he did this he will threaten to take you to court! This got so bad I had to get the police involved cause he wouldn't leave me alone, demanding me to let him into my house. Not to mention all the damage he did to it. This is crazy that we are paying TOP DOLLAR for this L***** My furniture is ruined, scratches everywhere not to mention he put a actual hole in the wall. Trust me guys this is a SORRY COMPANY with sorry (and horrible) people working for it. Never in a million years will I ever let that FREAK touch my stuff again! You have been warned.

A&A helped pack and move me out of a cherished downtown home that was going off the rental market. A&A first helped me and the property owner to remove and clear out the attic and garage of the remainder of the their parents’ estate. In the heat of the summer. Two destinations: one several states away and one within Manchester. I had no communications problems and enjoyed courteous service. The fellows who did the labor all worked hard and swiftly. The deliveries took place as expected. With no damage.

Ok, so let me break down this experience into 3 segments. Scheduling and Pick-up, Delivery, and Drop-off. >>>Scheduling & PickupThis experience was amazing for us. We had read some reviews and were extremely skeptic about the quality of this place. However, we were in a rush and figured if this section was handled with extreme organization by us we would be fine. Indeed, the scheduling went great and the men that came were hard workers. Focused on keeping our stuff safe while getting it packed. My wife and I were so happy in fact that we tipped each person that came $20. It took them 2 hours to completely load our apartment. My wife and I just stood there and answered questions as needed. Incredible. >>>DeliveryThis is where we dove 90 degrees down. We were not told that our stuff was going to be loaded onto the truck that it was picked up on, moved to a semi-trailer then made to wait until there were other people moving to areas that were at least on the route to our new destination. We lived in our completely empty apartment for a month sleeping on our dogs bed that we happen to bring with us for our pets. We had to get things we technically owned already so we could live during that month. They ignored our calls as to what was going on until the 3rd week. Then replied with, "That's how it's done. It's not financially lucrative enough for us until we have enough people to deliver to on your route." This infuriated me! Had I known I would have driven the truck myself. It took two weeks after the first contact for us to get our things. >>>Drop-offThis was a NIGHTMARE! All of our things had been moved from truck to truck, unloaded and reloaded onto various trucks at least 7 times! This was by confession of the driver. Because they needed to get things that the other people on our route needed to live. Medicines, and other various items because they also didn't know they would be waiting for so long to get their things. The 'sticker' system they used to mark our things, was terrible. Most of the stickers rubbed off because of the constant shifting of our things. So the driver didn't even know what stuff was ours. His attitude toward me when he arrived was that of mockery because he believed his truck wouldn't fit into my complex. For me this was extremely irritating because I had watched dozens of semi's deliver other tenants goods for the last month. Ignoring the lack of information about transferring our stuff to a massive semi, they wanted us to pay for the rental of a smaller truck to get our things to us. It was their idea to use a semi-trailer! You pay for the smaller truck! I refused to and put up a massive ruckus and they 'agreed' to eat the cost. The truck that came, had a broken windshield and cracked carriage. No way they paid for that thing. Another way to rob me I thought. I wanted to check to make sure I had all my goods before shelling over the massive chunk of cash to this guy. They refused to do anything until I had given the money. Once my things were brought inside. The system they used was so bad no-one knew if anything was missing. After a month of having nothing and being in incredible physical pain for sleeping on the hard floor for so long I just wanted them gone. I signed my form and they left. After unpacking as fast as I could, we ended up missing about 800 dollars worth of stuff. Some of which were 10 year anniversary gifts. I will never again use movers. I would hire someone to come pack, I would hire someone to unpack, but I will never again hire someone to deliver. Take all this under consideration as you figure out how to move. My advice if you absolutely need to. Use the same box type with everything you can. Get some colored duct tape and put a strip around each item that is yours so your stuff is color coded. In addition, write your last name on each item. Things that don't fit in a normal box. Make a box for it. It will be irritating while you're

We had an unfortunate experience with the employees at A&A Movers (Moveall.com, LLC.) who were hired to move our items. After unpacking, we noticed several of our personal belongings were missing (amounting to more than $2000). After trying to track down our belongings with management, some of which being personal devices, we called the devices in hopes of tracing them. We know that someone stole these devices, as they had the audacity to call us back and hang up! There was absolutely no one else who would have handled these items in the meantime other than the movers of A&A Movers. You shouldn't have to file a police report after trusting someone (and paying them such a high price) to move your belongings. On top of this, there was damage to the lawn from the truck (which was fixed by A&A Movers a few days later), and several other items were broken (see pictures for a few examples). Overall, this was a very stressful and infuriating experience. We cannot recommend hiring A&A Movers, and highly suggest using another moving company.

Based on two personal experiences, I cannot recommend this company. The company is also known as A & A Moving, Movealldotcom, LLC, Move Mom & More and Navis Pack & Ship. The quote/estimate process was fine. The general manager arrived and was pleasant. The two moving men appeared to be inexperienced. They did not wrap most items. Brand new appliances were scratched/dented. They could not figure out how to move two items - I had to tell them how to move them! Furniture broken. Walls and floors scratched and gouged. The two movers were incompetent - one fell off the truck and may have been injured. They did not bring adequate tools/equipment to move items. I had to borrow tools to detach items. The general manager promised refund of repairs of damaged goods. Have not received refund as of this posting. I'm now getting the run around. Very disappointing experience.

A&A movers did an awesome job. Had a vey small job to move some stuff within my house and they were able to accommodate my request within 24 hours. The two movers were great and efficient. Would certainly recommend them

I used A & A Movers in July 2019 to move my belongings. The company gave me a quote for the move. They also said that insurance coverage could be purchased for an additional $225. After a horrible move and $1,100 of damages the company is refusing to pay the claim. I was informed by one of the managers that the company does not want to file the claim with insurance because they do not want their rates to increase. This tells me that they charge consumers for the insurance but never plan on placing a claim or registering with the insurance company. This is fraud. A Company with 0 ethics! I'm taking them to small claims court. If you value your home DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
