I am giving them ONE star as the technician, Andre Adams, incorrectly identified the issue with my Kenmore Elite dishwasher. He diagnosed my dishwasher for 5 min of needing a "wash pump" (refer to the attached invoice). As I asked for additional information, Andre shared that the diverter and the drain pump also needed to be replaced (see picture of sms correspondence. As I doubt his diagnostics, i.e. Andre spent no more than 5min looking at the dishwasher, he did not disassemble it, nor pull it out, nor run the manufacturer recommended diagnostics, I asked for a second opinion. I reached out to JustAnswer.com as I used them before for my gas burner. The first thing JustAnswer.com profesional told me is that never in her 30 year history she's seen that the wash pump and the drain pump go bad at the same time. However, as this is a phone service, she recommended replacing one at a time. She walked me through the replacement process of each. After replacing them, the dishwasher still did not work. So I would not recommend Actionpro appliance repair.

$160 diagnostic fee was never discussed prior to appointment only to tell me nothing was wrong with the washer machine. Won't be using these services again. The rep told me my card would only be taken due to it being a rental. Never said anything about a diagnostic fee that would automatically be charged. Be more clear.

Well they fast to charge almost 300 dollars for everything. They literally came and took them less then 5 minutes to check it and charge me the money yet they tell me I have to clean the filter myself … I will let everyone know to not hire this company at all research first…

I had a 3 year old Dacor fridge that stopped cooling. A Action was listed as a qualified repair company.
They were awesome! 1st visit was quick and a sealed system problem was diagnosed
Dacor covered the parts and labor and the entire sealed system was rebuilt. The 2 repair professionals were on time, knew what they were doing and explained everything to me. The A Action office was in contact with me about appointments, parts shipments and getting me up and running as quickly as possible. Definitely my go to appliance repair people!

I'm giving them 5 stars because they waived the service fee. However ... my wife was able to fix what they could not with a screwdriver and a pair of pliers. They said it would cost $400 to replace a burner valve, and it wouldn't be a sure thing that it would fix it, because they no longer sold the part we needed. She found it on ebay for $100 and did the install herself.
Granted my wife is pretty smart.

Steven came to my house today to try and fix my water dispenser. He diagnosed the problem but could not get it to work. He gave me some suggestions and the worked. My water is dispensing now. Thank you Steve

Not recommended to anyone, they just guessing for diagnostic. Also to expensive even if they say no diagnostic fee if you decide to repair is just a trick to take your money.

It was my first experience with Action Appliance. They assisted with fixing my washing machine. It was a great experience. The service man provided all the information, was professional and experienced. Would definitely use them again.
