We recently installed a whole house generator. A relative referred us to A-1 Propane for propane tank installation. Lance Roberts came out to evaluate our situation and said he would contact the town to handle the permits. He helped us select where the tanks could be placed. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Dave and Vinyl installed the tanks and plumbing lines and were very efficient and careful in making our setup look aesthetically pleasing as well as secure and well anchored. They were friendly and kept us informed about the process. We were very satisfied and highly recommend A-1 Propane for anyone's propane needs.

Pleasant, courteous & accommodating: we needed new tanks & A1 made more effort than any other company around to assist us quickly & without excess charges; they were upfront about their efforts to try & deliver next business day, when they couldn’t make it they called to let us know early afternoon & were at the house first thing the next morning. Cost is reasonable & comparable to other vendors & their customer service both from office & techs exceeded all expectations.

Great company! I've been shopping with A1 for years. As somebody who owns my own propane tanks I usually call around for the best price. A1 is always right there. I recently switched over to automatic delivery it's worry-free. They put a remote control on your tank for no additional charge. It allows them to monitor your level from their office and they know when to come out and deliver.

I’m on vacation and this guy shows up unannounced, no phone call, email or text. He starts in with my daughter who has no idea what’s going on about why “his” tank has been moved. (We are putting up an addition to our house and it’s being moved to another location on the property. ) He then starts walking all around my property (without permission) looking for it and then He then calls and leaves me a nasty message! Beware of this guy and his business practices! My next step is the BBB!

I just had a Generac whole house generator installed and don't have natural gas lines so needed propane to fuel it. A-1 Propane is local and I am very pleased I selected them. Lance came out to assist with tank location insuring we would conform to local code. His guys came out a couple times to install tanks, get me through inspection and then fill them. Always prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with!

I had a Generac installed and don't have natural gas lines so needed propane tanks. Lance was very helpful guiding me through the process and offering buy and lease options. He came out to survey a location that met code and his crews came out twice for the install and then their truck came a 3rd time to fill the tanks. Very professional and organized. Smooth process overall. Definitely would recommend.

Terrible service! Lance is a liar...he gave us a price for propane and then switched it on us right before delivery. Typical Bait and Switch BS! Do NOT use this company! Not to mention they were late in getting the delivery to us...promised us 2-3 days...been 9 days and still no delivery.

Called to get a price check and was told 2.99$ a gallon if I do 200 gallon delivery and own my own tanks. Seems higher then all other places I called. can't really comment on anything other then price.

Excellent customer service, good prices, quality work and very quick response to customer needs. Out of propane due to recent storm and within 2 hours they were here filling my tank. I was very impressed!!

Great service! We were really low on propane. I called on a Saturday. Office staff was great to work with. They delivered at a competitive price and same day, Saturday. And the gentleman who delivered was really nice as well. I highly recommend.
