I had a check held, the branch told they can do nothing about it to call fraud department and fraud department tells me to go to the branch ¿¿¿¿¿¿PS. What about the 97billion fine for fake accounts and fakeaccounts fees

They are very friendly, but unfortunately they work for a bunch of crooks at corporate. If I didn’t have so many auto accounts with them I’d switch to Chase which recently opened up a branch in Madison.

Went to the bank to deposit $300 for my brother and told me they can’t let me deposit in his account with cash to prevent money laundering.This is some of the dumbest things I have ever heard.Would never bank with Wells Fargo. Not sure why my brother does either.

Literally the worse experience and service I have ever received from any Wells Fargo branch. I attempted to use the machine outside and the machine ate my card and did not return it so I had to go inside of the branch. It took about 15 min to receive service and then once someone took care of my deposit I had to wait about a half hour extra for another person who’s in the branch to get up and go open the machine. The guy looked up at me and another person who was waiting knowing the other 2 tellers did not have access to the machine and did not come to help. After waiting for so long the other workers who did have access returned back from their breaks and one of them retrieved the card that only took 2 min of his time so yes I truly did not feel like that was great service.

Kristina Lopez and her team are truly a pleasure to deal with and should be recognized for all that they do. I spend a good deal of time in this bank because several of my customers use it as their financial institution. They are pretty good about cashing checks for non-customers. They do ask for two forms of ID and a thumbprint. The tellers Are competent and friendly. Bank has drive through and ATM.

I had the worst day today for being charged with an overdraft fee of 35 dollars when the so called transaction I was charged overdraft on, I remember transferring funds from my savings to cover that transaction, so where did this overdraft come from. Wells Fargo has disappointed me sooo much, i won’t use it anymore

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years. I walked in and went to stand in line. The manager in the black suit eyed me as I walked by, but didn't greet me, maybe because he was talking with someone else, but maybe not. As I stood in line he came over to the side and asked me "Can I help you?. There were 2 customers in front of me being helped and I didn't mind waiting., so I told him I was there for a transaction. He said someone would be right with me. Again, I didn't mind waiting and felt him saying that was unnecessary as I am not an impatient person. Well, a 3rd banker who was working on the computer(Rebecca) appeared. She had to do the transaction differently. All seemed well until the end when she went to complete the transaction. She handed me my balance and card and I started to put them into my billfold. What happened was she handed them to me and I was putting it away quicker than she could offer me an envelope which I would have politely declined. This made her mad and she said, "Or you can just put it in your own envelope". Then she turned away from me and went back to her terminal. I finished filing my items and got ready to go and I said "Thank you, Rebecca". Shouldn't it be mutual or at the least thank your customer? Then as I got ready to leave, the guy in the black suit said to me from his desk, "Have a nice day." I said, "You too." He said, "Enjoy your holiday". I said, "You too." He said, "Enjoy your weekend." I just walked out as I figured out he was just trying to get the last word. Unprofessional.
