They are very friendly, but unfortunately they work for a bunch of crooks at corporate. If I didn’t have so many auto accounts with them I’d switch to Chase which recently opened up a branch in Madison.

I spend a good deal of time in this bank because several of my customers use it as their financial institution. They are pretty good about cashing checks for non-customers. They do ask for two forms of ID and a thumbprint. The tellers Are competent and friendly. Bank has drive through and ATM.
