We contacted Verdek, via phone calls and emails ( with photos and description of issue), the week before Christmas 2023 regarding product purchased from Verdek ( almost 5 figures in value), still under warranty, covered by a thousand dollar plus warranty policy also purchased from Verdek. We were told that the product manufacturer(OEM) would be on vacation the week after Christmas – not the case it turns out - and that Verdek would get back with us after the first of the year.We didn’t receive a call back from Verdek until January 17th, 2024. The week after Christmas we decided to contact the OEM, who resolved our issues in a timely fashion.Leaving a three star review instead of a one star as the receptionist was helpful, and was the only individual that notified others at Verdek in trying to remedy the issue.
