I have had minor repairs, maintenance and new tires installed through MSC. Couldn't feel better about them. They are exactly what you would want from a local garage.Caution but not related to my review: One of the pictures shows a Sunoco sign. Great Service, great technicians... honest and reasonable. Take your vehicle to this service center. Do not take it to the dealer... they will rob you blind.

Madison Service center has been very convenient for getting my cars repaired. Drop of the car the previous night and I pick it up the next day. They are very good at what they do and very reasonable in their pricing.

The guys at Madison Service Center are nice, honest, and efficient. I am alway confident that they have my best interests in mind and are completing any service or repair to the highest of standards. Yes, they are busy and yes, you may need to wait for an appointment, but isn't good quality and peace of mind worth waiting for?! As long as I'm in the area, they have my business. And heck, if I move, I might even drive back! :)Services: Brakes

I must say this place was a lifesaver for me and Dave went above and beyond to help me fix car which I was driving on I 95 in Branford when I lost my steering and my check engine light came on I pulled over in Branford rest area were a Spanish women in Assisting me to drive to exit 61 which landed me at the Madison service station Dave took a look at my car and my belt broke on my car he called for the part and within 20 minutes it was there he put a belt on filled up my tires and I can honestly say he was an angel sent from heaven I was on my way to Rhode Island and thanks to Dave he save the day???????? Thanks again for getting me back on the road again ... you certainly were a lifesaver and I highly recommend this place thanks again
