The owner is a good, kind, and helpful man, known for being gracious, immediately helpful, and the best for any music gear. He is extremely reasonable and fair, flexible with school rentals, and oriented towards making the customer happy. The store also provides general guitar maintenance and repair services.

Chuck (the owner) is a good man. A young man I work with needed a saxophone urgently, and our only option was to ask Chuck for one to borrow. He was gracious and immediately helpful. Can't thank him enough for his service. Do business here
