AMAZING!!
We have a “collector’s item” truck that we love. Last summer we brought it to a dealership for repairs; the repairs cost $8K and they had the truck for almost three months.
Just last week, we knew we needed a repair on the same truck. We decided to look around for a locally owned repair shop.
Friends recommended Hammonasset Service Station.
THE REPAIRS WERE MADE OVERNIGHT, for an incredibly reasonable price, with outstanding service and communication.
Run, don’t walk, away from big dealerships for repairs. These guys are the best.

I had such a great experience at Hammonasset Service Station! The mechanics were really skilled and knowledgeable. They quickly figured out the issue with my car and gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs. They took care of everything promptly and made sure my car was in perfect working order before giving it back to me. I highly recommend them.

My daughter and I traveled 3 hours to go to the beach and the moment we arrived, my car started making a horrible grinding noise. I called this garage and they told me to come on down. They diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me a very reasonable price quote, and we took an Uber to the beach. When we took the Uber back at the end of the day, the car was ready to go. They were so kind to us, and I can’t recommend them enough.

I typically plan ahead with scheduling my oil changes. Having been out of town recently with my husband driving my car during that time, I found myself needing service quickly. My "regular" place was booked out for several weeks but I was pleased to learn that Hammonasset Service Station had availability within just a few days. Conveniently located to where I work, it was easy to drop off early morning & it was ready by mid-day. The price was a little less as well. They reached out few days later to ensure the service was satisfactory. Happy to become a new repeat customer.

I had an issue with a tire, and after a horrible experience at Monro, I took it to Hammonasset. I was asked yo bring the car in at 2:00. Got there about 5 minutes early, and was out by 2:05.
Great service.
