“Update: I'm so glad I bought my binoculars locally, from the Audubon Shop. I recently had an issue with my binoculars so I brought them back to the store. They were shipped back to the company and today I picked up a brand new pair. One of my better decisions. I highly recommend this store because they handled the entire return for me.
Knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I even recommended this store to my sister in NC and she ordered after speaking with someone on the phone who sent her the link to my exact binoculars. She agrees he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. We are novice birders and he recommended the right pair of binoculars for us that are light weight, crystal clear, waterproof and warrantied for life, in our price range.
