So disappointed with the first two we went to and we decided to try one more as they had the car I really wanted. We drove to Hammonasset Ford in Madison and I am so happy we did. I texted back and forth with Rick who set everything up for today. The tech Erik came out today despite being off for the holiday and took care of me. He kept me informed, arrived timely and was extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. Excellent service! Highly recommend!”

I saw the reviews and I can personally adjudicate that these guys are honest, fast, polite, and transparent. They do the right job at a fair price, and these guys work hard and will get your car back to you quickly. I needed an oil change, new tires, new brakes, and a few other maintenance needs. I called them at 5pm on a Wednesday, and they had my car back to me by 5pm on Thursday. They texted me a few days after returning my car back to me to see how the car was running which goes to show they really care about their customers. Hammonasset Service provided the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic!”
