Just got my 2023 Subaru EV Solterra, great dealership to work with was Reynolds Subaru. Chris our salesman was helpful at showing us our options all the staff was great no high pressure sales but good service. Looking forward to driving my new car and learning the many options that come with it!

My husband and I had the best experience with Jennifer and all of the staff at Reynolds Subaru.In all of our car buying experiences this by far was the best and will recommend them to family and friends. They were low stress , friendly and caring and made the process go smoothly.

My interactions with them were about 3 years ago but just recently my friend had a horrible experience and it reminded me of mine. I went here in 2020 for a car had great interactions with the sales associates and was able to find a car. It was only after I received my first bill in the mail that I saw my APR was 5% much high than the 2% that was agreed upon at the time of signing. I called and was met with immediate dismissal telling me "no we didn't give you that option." Thank god I had taken a picture of the sheet they gave me two months prior, detailing my options including the 2% for 5 years. After I sent that picture he switched up completely, saying he had no idea what happened. They did end up sending me a check for the difference, but I can't help but think what would've happened had I not had that picture, they certainly would've made me feel crazy assuring there was no issue on their part. Because Of this I have never taken my vehicle back here for any type of maintenance always opting for a different garage.As for my buddy, she disclosed to me that in 2022 they sold her a 2016 outback with 110,000 miles for $25,000, which is insane and more recently attempting to charge her a crazy amount for services prompting her to go to another garage where she was quoted $1,300 lower. Meaning 1.5 years after she was exponentially overcharged for a car, getting it regularly serviced it needed $3,100 (the price from the second garage) worth or repairs. And when she expressed shock at the price she was told to "Go somewhere else then."These guys do have a good reputation and a good selection. Maybe our two experiences were isolated. But if you do still want to go here make sure upon signing you pay very close attention to all the numbers, don't just take their word for it. And if you need your vehicle from here serviced I'd advise a smaller garage, just cause you bought it here doesn't mean fixing it will be cheaper at this location.I also see on here that when someone writes a negative review they always mention they cannot find their name in the system, can't wait for them to say that about me. I'd be happy to post of picture of the "Reynold's Subaru" decal I just pried off the back of my forester.

I had heard good things about the Reynolds Subaru family for years, and when I walked into the dealership, they did not disappoint. Not having bought a car in ages, I didn’t know whether I wanted to buy new, preowned, or lease. They helped me navigate through all of that without any pressure. From the sales manager to the sales person to the financial guy, they were all friendly, thoughtful, kind and respectful. It was just an incredible experience. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly. Thank you, Reynolds.

As much as I appreciate the trust to have my car cared for and fixed properly whenever I need a service, there have been several times I left disappointed with the consideration of timeliness, especially considering the most recent service I had. I made an appointment for 9 AM for a couple standard services and yet, did not receive my car until the end of the day the next day. As someone who is about to start a new job soon, I would never trust this Suburu again to be considerate of my time, especially since I was originally not told that it would take until the next day until I specifically asked, and I felt like I was lied to when I was told to expect it by the next morning, when it was not actually ready until that afternoon. I have a job in the nursing career so it is not that easy just to take time off especially at the last minute. Considering how the timeliness has taken place, I now know that they are not at all reliable. I also was originally told that I would be charged again for something that luckily was covered under warranty, but was nearly charged a large expense until I questioned it. It could have been an innocent mistake but I wish it was more carefully looked into before almost charging me such a large cost. I value the friendliness of the workers at this Suburu, but unfortunately, this would be my last resort to have a service done from now on due to the lack of consideration and reliability.

We love Reynolds! We just purchased our next Subaru (this was our family’s sixth car from Reynolds) and had yet another AMAZING experience with Sandy and Nora too! Walk in and you’re treated like family. Love them so much!
