“I found this place by accident for my 1981 Pontiac Bonneville diesel….old school. Steve knew all about this engine and he hooked me up with a service tech named Matt that knew exactly what to do with my car and how to handle it. I could not be any happier. I know nothing about mechanics especially when it comes to this old school engine that’s picky to begin with. Steve from the get go treated me me with great customer service and answered all of my questions and explained everything that I needed to know to get my car back into tip-top running condition. The office staff Jill and Alicia are A1 as well….always polite and great to talk to. I live 45 min away and have no problem at all taking the trip down here to get the TLC for my car it deserves from Metro. Great place, great service and great work!!! Thank you!!!”

“Blown away at the service I received from Scott, Mark, and Heather at this location!!! I live in Bristol and bought my GMC Sierra at Stephens in 2015 so I tried to schedule with them when my Transmission was gong bad at 105k... Stephens told me the nearest appointment was almost a full MONTH out!!! Called Old Saybrook on a recommendation and was taken in IMMEDIATELY!!! Scott took care of the warranty company and had me rolling in 2 days!! A week later had another separate issue and same story verbatim!! In immediately and rolling in 2 days!! Thank you all for what you do and giving me faith in paying for that warranty which really paid off!! PS... this is an hour further from me than Stephens of Bristol and was well worth the trip!!! I will be a lifelong customer of Old Saybrook GMC for all purchases and repairs from here on out !!”

“My first experience with Kia of Old Saybrook was at the beginning of the year when a snow plow hit my Kia and paid to get it repaired. I went to the service department and they took care of it immediately, made the repairs, and all was good to go. When it was time for me to purchase a new car this month, I was lucky enough to work with Evan Roof, my salesperson. Evan was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, no pushing or stress. While I had to wait for the car to make it to CT, I would get follow up phone calls to keep me in the loop. So I must say that everyone I worked with at this dealership, from Service to Sales to Finance was exceptional. The atmosphere at this dealership is great, just all around nice people. When I went to pick up my new Kia Soul, Evan was waiting for me, explained everything in detail, and I was not rushed. Jordan was great in answering any additional questions I had. Hopefully I will not need a new car soon, but if I do, I will only consider Kia of Old Saybrook :-)”
