The staff at The Quiet Zone in Bantam consistently exceed our expectations. They are honest and dependable. Dan and Justin communicate clearly and in a timely manner. They clearly explain what repairs are needed and why they are recommending them. They often provide more cost effective options, especially as we care for our older vehicles. A+!

Quiet Zone did my brakes back in November, full replacement of everything. I had called a closer Quiet Zone, but they were fully booked. I am so grateful that they got me in at the Bantam location! When my new brakes started making grinding noises I called them and Dan was able to get me in the same day. Not only did they identify the problem as a hardware malfunction of the back brakes, they fixed it for free, as well as the damage it also caused to the front brakes! They did this all before the end of the day, making sure I had my car back for my work commute the next day. I really appreciated the honesty and thoroughness. If you want a repair shop with integrity, these guys are now my top recommendation without a doubt!

I was having issues with my brakes and received recommendations for this location from other locals. Making the appointment over the phone was a pleasant experience because the gentleman who answered was very attentive. Rob serviced my truck and on his call, went over the full inspection of my truck in DETAIL. He easily spent 10 minutes hitting every system he checked for maintenance and alerted me to some other things that may need tinkering in the coming year. Luckily, my brakes were an easy fix and he complimented the state of my 14yo truck up and down! I do a lot of maintenance myself and really appreciated the transparency he gave. I had the normal anxiety any woman would have about going to a mechanic by herself, but this place really assured me that they aren't out to squeeze money from their patrons - just interested in keeping loyal, long-term customers. I have also been here for emissions testing and it was a smooth experience. Definitely recommend!Services: Brakes

These are honest, affordable, high quality people. We were having issues with a vintage convertible. Justin, Dan and Bill took the time to diagnose the problem and explain in detail my options. We were treated fairly and Quiet Zone Bantam went the extra distance for us that we completely appreciate. These folks have my business for life. Easy 5 stars.
