Really can't thank them enough! They did such great work on my folk's english retriever. When I picked her up, her tail was wagging, in the past she's been desperate to leave the groomers. This place is truly professional and attentive.

I found this place on my browser and I thought I could go and hopefully they would see me or maybe I could make an appointment in person… but the staff stared at me like I was an alien and told me I was in the wrong place… then they asked me what if I had an appointment and I said no to which they told me that they are eating their lunch and that they had finished for today when it was 3pm….. I hope that the woman who attended me is not the owner since she ran a new client... If you are looking for a place to clean your pet, I recommend that you look for another place because the customer service there is very bad.

I am so delighted to have our Norfolk Terrier, Louie, attending the dog and cat spa. Louie loves it. It is very clean, the folks are very warm and helpful. I highly recommend them grooming and daycare for your pup..

My puppies first grooming! Patty was attentive and caring. She made our experience, fun and comfortable. She listened to my opinion, and gave great direction. Sprout came out happy, and great looking.Would recommend 100%.

Patty is excellent! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I have a GSD with separation anxiety and a fear of men. They always make sure she is comfortable with them when she’s dropped off as she struggles leaving her ‘people’. She does so well with Miguel! Her thick fur is always a struggle with smell. She is always dried throughly to avoid any moisture deep in her fur creating that yeasty smell. She actually comes home smelling clean and not like a wet dog. And to top it off, she always leaves with a cute bandana! I highly recommend The Dog and Cat S’Paw to all pet parents!

Thank you, thank you for today! We swung by for nail trims for 2 Yorkies and 1 cat! (We appreciate the complimentary eye booger removal, too.) It went flawlessly and we will definitely be back.
