So disappointing. Dog had his neutering on a Friday. Zero follow-up. Zero phone call. Zero text. I phoned to ask 10 days later if a follow-up call is standard and maybe this slipped through the cracks and was a mistake? Nope, no mistake. They don't follow up on Saturdays bc the doctors aren't in the office. Seems like Sunday, Mon, Tues, Wed, Th, and Friday they must just not care. I am not needy or even demanding- but a text follow-up is the baseline. SHAMEFUL practice. Taking my pooch to another practice. You might not miss my dog, but maybe after reading this, you may reconsider your office protocols so other families feel like they have a reliable, concerned vet. I sure didn't.

Dr Shupenis is smart, kind, and just a great vet. The staff are just brilliant. We are confident and are pets are taken well care of.

I have used Dr.Doyle for many years and continuing with the excellent vets like Dr. Smith, Dr.Shupenis and Dr. Payne. I feel they're very dedicated and caring and I recommend them very highly!

43 years now with this vet, and I couldn't be more pleased. Kind, knowledgeable, affordable. Keep Bantam weird.

I was at Petco last week called Northwest Corner Veterinary regarding a recommendation for Flea and Tick Collars. They told me that Soresto was the best but not to buy it from a store because they do not always have "legitimate" collars and they could be harmful. They told me I could pick it up from them and it would be $54.95 per collar. Fair enough! I stopped by a week later and proceeded to purchase two collars. The receptionist gave me two $15 rebates and charged my card $170. I questioned the charge because I was told it was $54.95 each. She told me I should have told her first because they do not give the discount unless you tell them to price match. I told her that was sleazy. She refunded my money, and charged me the lower price and then took the two rebates back saying I no longer would get them. Make sure, if you ever decide to go there to ask to price match. We thought they were good vets but I think this was not cool and we will never go back!

Dr. Shupenis and the entire Staff have been nothing but gracious, caring and extremely comforting. When our cat Desi, was rescued, he had Feline Vestibular Syndrome, Northwest Corner Veterinary Hospital and the staff lovingly took Desi in, and nursed him back to good health. Desi recently passed away from Cancer. The entire staff sent condolences and acted with respect for the loss of our cat. I highly recommend this vet.
