Editing to add: I bought another item and the team, specifically Joe, was really helpful and friendly. They delivered the gorgeous couch to my home a week later.
Original: My experience picking up my auction win was a good one. While slightly disorganized (they weren’t initially sure where the item was), they were friendly and helpful and loaded the item into my car.

Maybe better for buyers than for sellers. It seems my furniture and paintings brought much less than they were worth. But buyers can get some bargains! Nor the best communication either.

Sent an email a week before the auction to get some details on the item I was interested in. No answer. I registered my CC two days before the auction and placed a bid. No answer. The item was sold for 200 $ less than my max bid. I requested further info on the process No answer. Should I post a comment on these guys?

Two stars since I got some great furniture at an unbeatable price but the whole experience was not the best. I personally would not have even bought these pieces if they had actually posted their ACTUAL hours which are very different from the one they post on their auctions on Invaluable. Their "summertime" hours means they are not open on Mondays which disputes what they put online and they also leave at 1 on Friday. I was lucky they had people on site around 3:30 on Friday otherwise I would have never been able to pick up my furniture and would have been charged daily had I not been able to pick it up!! I will never make another purchase here again.

This company is by far the worse people I have dealt with . The staffs are so rude, arrogant, abusive. They make threats and act in very aggressive and hostile manners. Bullies are what they are. They need to learn manners. Stay away from these..

Very poor communication skills concerning email. Doesn't followup replying to emails in a timely manner at all. Took me writing 5 emails over the course of 22 days just to get a reply telling me the unsold lot was now unavailable.
