I came in to buy a pair of nice quality gold hoops. I was offered lots of options...all in my price range. Chose a nice pair of 14 carat hoops that came in quickly and were very reasonably priced. And he cleaned my diamond studs while I put in my new earrings. Great service, great jewelry- a gem of a shop!!

I bought myself a beautiful pair of pearl earrings (with a diamond drop) from Ideal Jewelers a couple of months ago, and I absolutely love them. Andrew gave me a great deal on them, the quality is stunning, and it's so satisfying to support a family-run business. I've also stopped in just to look and they generously offered to clean my engagement and wedding rings, free of charge. Will definitely be back!

We haven't used the services of Ideal Jewelers a lot since they arrived in downtown Litchfield, but each experience we've had with the store has featured exceptional customer service. We've had some jewelry cleaned there and been in several times for watch repair, and in every instance the work has been done quickly and professionally -- and cheerfully! Honestly, it's been fun to chat with the manager, who carries the bonus of being a reader of books (a big bonus in our eyes). Yeah, it has nothing to do with the store, but it's a delight to come across other book lovers. Anyhow, they have an attractive looking stock of watches, estate jewelry and the like and seem well worth a visit.
