Always quick and efficient was my first review of Stilly's and I gave them 5 stars. After 2 additional experiences with them I will never take my vehicle back to them. 2nd interaction with them one of the things I had done was purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. While it was there they did an inspection and told me I had "pinholes in my exhaust and needed a new rear control arm. Don't you hear the exhaust?. Well no I don't it hasn't sounded any different then it always has." Not having the funds at the time I held off. As a footnote when I came to pick up the vehicle the BRAND NEW right rear tire was flat. I was a bit miffed and went in to tell them and they sent a guy out with an air tank to inflate. Desk person said with a smirk an laughing attitude that they forgot to tighten the tire valve core. 3rd interaction I returned to get the exhaust system and control arm replaced, oil change and tire rotation. Pick the vehicle up and while driving on the highway I noticed a slight shake at between 60 and 65 on the highway and the exhaust system was rattling on something under the vehicle. As I am pretty angry at this point I went to another shop for an oil change and asked them to look into the shimmy and exhaust issue. They found that the tires were out of balance and the rear exhaust hanger was rusted out and just broke as it was never replaced. Basically, shoddy work and in my opinion negligence. Why would you reuse a rusted out hanger and just switch tires around with out a balance? Every mechanic I have ever dealt with doesn't reuse faulted parts or due a rotation without a balance. As another side note it seems like every repair is quoted at between $1,700.00 t0 $2,000.00! These crooks are parts switchers (sometimes!) and commission driven.....STAY AWAY!

These guys are way overpriced and they charged me $1,500 to fix my AC and 2 months later it was leaking again so I wouldn't go there unless you break down right in front of the place.

Definitely will never go back.
MY ADVICE SKIP THIS SHOP. After 10 years of being a loyal customer. My car was damaged during repair. After speaking to the owner Scott, I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. Not only did they damage my car which was verified by the dealership, they refused to take responsibility for their actions. Scott said and I quote. What do you think? I just damaged cars on purpose. Obviously accidents happen, but the mark of a good business owner is to take responsibility for their incompetent employees. And it seems like a lack of good mechanics. Thankfully the dealership was able to repair my car. Vachon Chevy quickly identified the issue and explained that it was caused by the previous mechanic. Had I continued to drive my car after I was assured by Stilly's there were no issues. I would have damaged it beyond repair.
I would also suggest taking photos of your car prior to dropping it off since mine was returned with dents and damaged hood pistons. But as Scott stated he has a sign out front so he's not responsible.
It's just such a shame to see.

Front end alignment,balance tires and check for slow leak in one of the tire . Unfortunately still has a slow leak.

It is entirely terrible when your car has an issue. The folks at Stilly's fit me into their busy schedule and got me going again. The customer service was great, the repair was great and the price was fair and honest. Something you don't find with a lot of repair places, honesty! They appear to have it in some abundance.

My insurance company dispatched Stillys to come out. Their app wasn’t great, so I called the number provided and spoke with John. He answered first ring, was professional, friendly and let me know the estimated time of arrival. He got to me way earlier (which was great for me) and was quick to unlock my car. Again super friendly and professional.
