i was there and was told i would have to use self checkout because the service desk refused to cash me out so to return the favor i dropped my hand full of stuff right there and walked out. this was around 8 pm august 27 2022, i did this because i won't use self checkout i refuse to use it when there is a human being to cash me out and i refuse to go to a store where the service personnel are to interested in conversation than making the store money. besides all that home depot has the same things i was going to get from lowe's so i just crossed route 12 and went there where they do a lot more for veterans than lowe's does

Went in looking for plumbers tape. Unfortunately. The app had the wrong location. I had to ask a employee to help me find it. I would've gave the store five stars if the location on the app matched. Employees were nice and helpful.

I purchased two items online from Lowe's totaling $700 because they had to ship them separately they then charged my account individually for the two items even though they had already taken the $700 from my account after calling them I was told they were releasing the $700 back to my account and charging separately for my items the problem with this is that it takes Lowe's up to 15 days to return your money to your account they remove money from your account instantly then hold it for 15 days I canceled my order with Lowe's it's been over a week I purchase $700 of items from Lowe's and Lowe's currently has $1100 of my money for over one week and I'm still waiting for it to go back in my account how is that not theft I would not recommend the store to anyone.

Horrible horrible customer service and install team I have ever had to deal with. My dishwasher was installed by them in January, now 2 months later my floors are destroyed and it’s been a game of phone tag since. Do not purchase appliances unless you want your kitchen destroyed. 2 months to even get a claim started with them and I see no future in getting my floors restored. Buyer beware.

Even with warranty the store do not come to fix the freezer or much less replace it got buyers protection on top of warranty they send two guys to just stand and watch the freezer they didn’t move it or try to figure the problem out they just came look at the freezer and said we don’t have the tools so we going to have to reschedule is been almost a month since and NO ONE HAS SHOW UP

This week we had a stove replaced in our home. I must give a bit of background information; we rent, both were at work & so our landlord had to go over to allow the people in to exchange stoves. Well, we all dropped the ball because we forgot that all of our pots and pans were in the warmer drawer. How the guys lifting it didn't hear, check or notice pans in the bottom is beyond me but that's irrelevant. I called an hour after realizing it, imitation a gentlemen named Dennis took my claim and worked on his end to figure out which truck it was on. Being at work when he left the message I wasn't able to call til the following morning when I reached Shelley. I explained the situation and she went right to work just as Dennis had. Shelley ensured me the pans were found and I could come retrieve them. We tried to figure out if there was a shipment coming to my area anytime soon but with none available she insisted on driving it to us herself!!! I was besides myself and ensured her it wasn't necessary but she insisted and she DID! This is the type of customer service that is next level and hardly gets recognized. Shelley if you see this, THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH! You're an absolutely genuine and good heart person. It sooooo much appreciated!!!

Do not buy Figidare products sold by Lowe's. We purchased an air conditioner in 2014 which died in 2016. We purchased a replacement on 05/26/2016 with a 3 year extended warranty. The unit was working in 2018 when it was installed on 06/26/2019 the board was dead. A call to Lowes was placed and we were told we were out of the warranty time frame and there was nothing they could do. We called Frigidaire and they sent someone out who told us the board is not covered by the 5 yr warranty and it would cost and additional $200+ to fix it. Do yourself a favor, do not purchase Frigidaire products from Lowes. Do your research there are hundreds of negative reviews and Lowes is unwilling to help their consumers.

After gathering $400 worth of various materials for today's job cabinetry doorhandles hinges etc. no one at pro desk available to ring us out had to leave everything and go to the competitor across the street great job Lowes

Went here looking for countertops and back splash, women behind their little desks couldn't be bothered. Couldn't be bothered to come look at the countertop on display that I was interested in told oh it might have to be special ordered or discontinued...how the hell did she know she never got out of her chair. We left their loss. No decent sale for that department. Lazy and paycheck unworthy

This is just like other Lowe's, big and easier to find help than Home Depot. This location isn't crowded at all.
