I recently was in dire need of a refrigerator Thankfully the staff at Lowe’s understood my concern and provided exceptional customer service and ensured my satisfaction. I want to shout out Athena and Angel for their amazing support and attention to my families needs. I haven’t used Lowe’s that often because of where I used to live, but now that I have moved to the Lisbon area the difference is incredibly evident in the staff and the way a home owner is treated. This is a store that cares about the home owner rather than cater to the contractor. Because of Angel and Athena, when I approach that intersection out front, you can bet I take a left into Lowe’s where I know genuinely awesome employees are staffed to meet my needs and ensure I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you Athena! Thank you Angel!

I am a semi truck driver and I delivered plants on 6/11 and ray at recieving took care of me and his quick problem solving helped the unload go effortlessly 15 minutes in and out. Ray good job my man! Keep that positive attitude!

You need to get your managers up to date on your price match policy. First was told they will price match the product if it's exactly the same item. After proving it was indeed she went back to the register and literally looked through a book for a reason to change her mind. If you don't want to match prices that's fine but don't say yes then change it later on. Seems kinda bait and switch to me

I’ll be honest- I usually go to Home Depot for my plants and other goods…..but I had to take my Mom to get her a new shower head and she wanted me to bring her to Lowe’s.
I was amazed at the variety- and I was very pleased to see your amazing plants!!! So well cared for! Also, help from your greeter! Such a helpful person he was by showing us exactly where to get our product and with a friendly smile!!!

Need to share that today was such a stellar day for service from Lowes.This morning our refrigerator was delivered. Driver was early but impressively efficient without skipping the service.I went into the store to correct a few items on the order and add an extended warranty.Stephanie in the large appliances was very friendly and helpful (as she had been when I ordered the fridge).I then went to the customer service desk to do the adjustments. All I can say is that Jenny was a Rockstar. She really went the extra mile in assisting me with my transaction and it was truly appreciated. She made my day! Thank you Jenny! Great job Lowes!
