Amie was very patient while my 7 year old granddaughter decided which item she needed to give up. She was not only patient, but also very considerate and courteous.

We went to get a bathing suit and most electronic price tags have a "plus take an extra 20% off" sign on top. The particular section had this sign directly above it and every item in the section and it says nothing else except the exact above. Apparently this doesn't apply to these items yet they advertise it. An absolute racket. 100% false advertisement of a sale. Nothing but arguments from the cashier and manager. Last time I visit kohls.

I had a wonderful experience at the Connecticut store #0471. The customer service desk was my first stop......I was greeted with a smile and my question was answered quickly. My second experience was with Christine who helped me find some mark down items.....this led to a friendly conversation about other Kohl's stores in my area and the items I purchase at Kohl's and my love for the store. She was the most pleasant associate I've ever encountered.....and I always have great associate experiences. The last stop was the check out counter. Eric opened his register, motioned me right over and also was great. Today I give store 0471 an A+++++.?

I brought some items from a beautiful, model like associate from Sephora on 5/11/24. He presented himself with decorum. I returned some pants on 5/12/24 without a problem. I also returned an item to Amazon and the Associate who I see often was pleasant. All of your employees work like they really love their jobs. That is everything to us consumers. Thank you.
