“I switched carriers to T-Mobile on the advice of a friend and am so glad that I did. Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I had a quick question even though all the staff were helping other customers.

I had the pleasure of working with Jack, who was very knowledgeable and endlessly patient. Together we found a plan that was right for me (and saved me money!) and Jack took care of transferring my phones to T-Mobile, which looked like a complicated process. Jack made suggestions and offers of other products but there were no high pressure sales tactics used. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. ?”

“MIKE was extremely helpful!! So much so that I had to find out how to write a review, so I could give him recognition!!! OK, here's the story: my honey lost his phone today, while I was at work, and when I came home he was frantic! I called one local Verizon store asking about assistance we had received years ago when the same thing happened and they were no help at all! Then, I called Verizon Salem Turnpike and low and behold our problems were solved! He told us how to "find our device" and within minutes, seriously, minutes our troubles were over and the phone was found! Thank you MIKE for being "Rock Awesome"! Verizon is lucky to have you working for them!! ~Barb”

“Christine was great with white glove service. Asked all the needed promo and sales questions. Brought up future open enrollments because my lack of insurance. And made sure my current tech was working great and up to standards. Christine also discussed home internet with me through T-Mobile over frontier. Sadly like most franchise stores relying on 3rd party corporate program logins and load times, the computers were slow and Christine attempted to log in about ten times to help me with her A+ customer service, but the program would not let her. Her coworker with a already signed in device had to finish the transaction under his logins, leaving Christine high and dry if I decided to purchase new tech late in my visit. It's worth management playing phone tag with support to get all the devices upgraded with hardware and software and proper and up to date log in ID tokens from corporate to allow the white glove service to continue. Thank you Christine for making my visit pleasant 11/10. A sales persons job is to make sure as the patron I’m comfortable and taken care of. To help find value in items I may not see the value in or know exists. Some people get salty when the rep does their job recommending solutions I didn’t know I needed.”
