I wish they would upgrade their bottle return... They've been busted for years now and they def. make enough to get them at least properly maintained. Honestly if they would do this they'd probably be getting 5 stars but I can't with how the bottle return is kept

Like most places today.... Another business that does not value their customers. Called to inquire about bakery items, and received nothing but attitude and disgust. Unfortunately the days of customer driven focus are long gone. We were simply inquiring about purchasing freshly made bagels this morning and the call quickly turned defensive. Our business will be given elsewhere... The staff member with unpleasant tone said "I don't know when I can make them, I have other things in the oven right now" and offered yesterday's bagels. Thanks for offering old bagels, and thanks management for hiring careless and rude staff. I remember when businesses used to care and people did their jobs properly.

I showed up after work at 8:00pm, an hour before close, to get a full cart of groceries for my father. After seeing the registers closed for the night, I had to go to the help desk to cash out. I felt like the worlds biggest j**** an hour before close and $300+ worth of groceries is like going to a restaurant 10 minutes before closing. The person working the counter, who should have been upset (which I would have completely understood) was awesome. Cool as heck and completely understanding through the ordeal. Whoever you are, you deserve a raise. I hope you have a wonderful night, and keep being awesome! So sorry for the late night grocery order, btw!

New management has cleaned up this store. Smells nice when you walk in, great fresh prepared food choices. The staff is so wonderful and the shelves are constantly being restocked. You won't find the big selection like at the big chain stores, but you will find the products that other stores don't carry.

Always liked these type of little grocery stores, especially ones like this that have a deli. During the pandemic I count on little stores like this to avoid risk like at the bigger chain stores but it obviously makes no difference with this store. Management and employees does nothing to enforce the States Mandatory to wear a face mask. Yes employees wear them but doesn’t enforce their customers to wear them even after you complain. You would think any business would enforce since they can be fined or even shutdown after multiple warnings. Very irresponsible and careless in that sense but I do appreciate the hand sanitizer and wipes at the door. Unfortunately that’s not enough if some choose to walk around with no mask on.

Better Value, Lisbon, has been a staple in our community for years. It is the perfect go to store for your everyday needs, especially when you're in a hurry. Normally very fast in and out, makes B.V. a favorite stop to purchase cold cuts, grinders, and fresh flowers. I wish them continued success in years to come.
