This is a very clean and trustworthy storage facility ! We had a unit for a year recently while we were out of state , even though it’s not climate controlled , we had zero issues with any damage to our items. The price is extremely reasonable and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

I reserved a unit in the morning and brought some things to the storage within the hour. The process was very quick. They offered a pay now get 2 months free storage. I wasn't sure what ultimate size we needed, but for now the smallest was perfect for our schedule. The storage was clean and easy to access. Very satisfied.

The Terra Firma storage facility has secure and safe outdoor space for recreational vehicles, boats and similar. There are no tree concerns or drainage issues to worry about when storms roll through. My boat has been stored over 14 years and it is easy to leave for launching nearby.The office staff is responsive and friendly.

I made us of this storage facility from 2020 to 2021. While I was there I had no issues. The facility was clean and price was best one that I found. I paid for my time in advance and when I check out I received an unexpected refund for the months that I did not use.Should I come back to Groton and need storage, I would use this place as my first choice.
