I came into the store today to return a pair of boots that I had purchased two days prior. They were a sale item. When I explained that they were too small and I wanted to return them the cashier told me that since they were a sale item they were not eligible for a refund. Usually I understand that, I work in retail a policy is a policy but it was listed no where on the receipt. It wasn’t listed on the in store policy under refunds but instead in a different spot (in an area hard to find and not super visible at the time of purchase). The policy isn’t the reason I’m leaving a one star review. She got on the phone with her manager- when she explained the situation she said “I know they always want to come in and argue” with an attitude while looking right at me. Not once did I raise my voice to her all I did was point out my confusion because it didn’t say that any where on the receipt not even the fine print on the back. She ended up doing the return, listed it that I didn’t like the item even though the shoes didn’t fit. She said it was the last time they’d do it. I’ve bought things here before and never returned anything so I said that’s fine, now i understand the policy. My friend was gonna buy a leather jacket I waved her over and we left. That’s not how you talk to a customer. Maybe if they do always argue it’s because your policy isn’t clearly stated at the time or purchase or in an area where it’s easy to find. As soon as the corporate office opens I’ll call but to whoever sees this make sure you ask them all the terms and conditions to what your buying and don’t expect friendly customer service. Also of course there’s no name on the receipt just an employee number 375384.

I tried to get to this store twice in past three weeks and I couldn’t, because it closes at 5 instead of 9 pm, how it suppose to. At 5 pm the staff lady turned away at the door all customers who wanted to walk in ( there were a lot of people!) without explanation. It was a day after Christmas and the mall was extremely crowded.If they are short with staff, maybe they better to be open later and close later, not at busiest time of the day when all stores are packed with customers. As a stock holder I was very disappointed to see it.

This store is a nice and clean for its size and they have a lot of merchandise to choose from. They have great Men’s wear to choose from. I picked upSome item for my honey. She loved it!!!
